We were blessed to meet the owners who are fantastic people. The check-in process went smoothly, any questions were answered quickly, and we really feel like we made new friends.The home itself was fantastic. The backyard is stunning. We spent hours lounging in and around the pool. We had many putting contests on the putting green. Most of our meals were eaten outside in the shade on the two large patio tables. The grapefruit tree was in full bloom and our hosts encouraged us to eat right from the tree.Indoors was just as nice. The kitchen is fully stocked including a full array of spices. For entertainment, we spent a lot of time playing shuffleboard, pool and fuseball. The upstairs family room was our evening TV room with two couches and four recliners to relax in.The location of the house is perfect! A short walk to the Wigwam Resort (live music at Red’s) and several restaurants at the intersection of Wigwam and Old Litchfield Road that are quite good. If you don’t want to walk, then hop on the several bikes that are in the garage. If you’re a golfer, Palm Valley Golf Course is a three minute drive away and has very reasonable rates. The house is close to many restaurants and many spring training venues so that was an added plus (Go Royals!).We plan on returning to this wonderful house again!

This was an amazing house to stay at while we were in the Phoenix area for a week! We had a group of 8 and the house was more than accommodating for us. Owner communicated well and check-in process went smoothly. I highly recommended for anyone wanting a comfortable neighborhood, quiet, and clean, but also close to all the Phoenix amenities!

This was an absolutely fantastic host and property.I brought my family in from Ireland to visit for a big reunion for Thanksgiving and some pivotal birthdays. It was very important that we would have a great house to base ourselves from. Cindy was amazing and incredibly helpful. They left detailed instructions for the property and there was no confusion at all about what we needed.The house was immaculate and had every amenity and more. The pool (coming from Ireland) was the most used, but the billiard, foosball and shuffle board tables came a close second. The big TV room upstairs with all the loungers gave us a place to chill out at night and the fruit trees in the back which we were encouraged to use gave us great limeade and grapefruit for breakfast.We had a very hard time leaving the property. Everyone wanted to stay at the end.

Guys golf trip

This house fits everything on the check list for a guys golf trip! And for the ladies too! Close amenities for shopping, entertainment and golf. House was clean, fully stocked with all the little details you need as if it was your own home! Really enjoyed our stay!

The Best!

Our week stay at the Desert Oasis was truly a wonderful and relaxing time! We were looking for a home with an inviting outdoor space with a pool and ample space to enjoy the the Arizona warmth and sunshine. There was plenty of outdoor seating and the putting green was an added bonus that we all took advantage of. The entire area was a "desert oasis" beautifully landscaped, pool toys and floats for our use, and towels were provided for our use. The inside accommodations consisted of VERY comfortable furniture in the family room and front living room which also had a billiard table and shuffleboard table.The kitchen had everything and more than we needed. The downstairs bedroom and the 3 upstairs bedrooms had very comfortable beds. Also upstairs was a home entertainment area with ample and comfy seating. Throughout the home, we found everything to be immaculately clean and functional. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner Cindy who was very pleasant and helpful from our first correspondence and provided helpful information to make our stay stress free. I would recommend this property with glowing "thumbs up"!!! I expect we will be back!

Thanks to Cindy and her team! Our extended family had a fantastic stay in this well-appointed home—perfect for large family or friend gatherings. The beds were super comfy, and we loved having recliners for extra relaxation. The backyard felt like a true oasis with beautiful palm trees. The neighborhood was great for walking, with lovely parks nearby, and just a 15-minute walk to grocery stores and restaurants. We’d happily stay again!

Desert Oasis -- Absolutely!

The property besides being in a great location, was a gem inside and out. The backyard transported you to your own private oasis for relaxation and fun. Inside, the property was spacious but also family friendly. It was generously stocked with household needs that made it feel like your own home! For 7 adults, and a 2 year-old (to be) it was a Perfect Oasis! P.S. The grapefruits picked from the back tree were so delicious.

Oasis in the desert

This home was perfectly suited for our golf trip. Lots of space, clean, oasis in the backyard and walking distance to town center and the Wigwam golf resort. Good communication from property manager. Nice pool. Cool putting green. Highly recommended.

Roomy handy comfortable place

The house was very well represented on the VRBO ad. Nice roomy kitchen and living room spaces. As one who lives in the upper midwest, the backyard is spectacular! The mourning doves in the neighborhood were cooing all the time which was a pleasant experience. For us as a place to stay while working in the area, it could not have been better.

Phoenix Getaway

Cindy was a prompt and accommodating host! The home had lots of room for four adults & two teenagers and the backyard pool, sitting area and putting green was very inviting! I would have given this review a 5 star approval except for its remoteness to the attractions we attended and airport. Nonetheless, I would certainly recommend this place!!

Great stay in Goodyear

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood yet near plenty of good restaurants. Also close to three MLB spring training ballparks. Lots of things to entertain us without leaving the property. The kitchen is very well equipped also a gas grill just outside the patio doors. We really enjoyed our stay, communication with the owners was quick and easy.

The best I have ever stayed at!

This property was clean, stocked and had all the amenities you would ever need. Even a tree with fresh grapefruits they welcome you too! The pool was perfect! The putting green was awesome! Also an amazing room for movie night! A well stocked kitchen! The property manager was also great at communicating with us! Thank you for a great stay!

Friends in the Sun

Two couples spent a week here to get away from cold and snow. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Great location for food, shopping and activities. Heated pool was perfect. Vic is a great host who handled everything quickly and graciously. Already planning to come back here next year.

This home is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood. It is close to major roads but far enough away not to hear traffic noise. The house is also within walking distance of a pharmacy, two major grocery stores (Safeway and Walmart), a sports bar, Chinese restaurant and an Italian restaurant and many more. With Arizona's tough drinking and driving laws it's nice to have places within walking distance where you can go and enjoy a beer, glass of wine or drink and not worry about driving home.
A very large, beautiful park with a playground is just around the corner. Plenty of room for tossing a ball or frisbee around or hosting a bocce tournament.
There are many golf courses in the area as well as shopping, spring training, the NFL stadium, and much more to keep you busy and entertained.

There are four separate entertainment areas in the home which allow everyone to do their own thing. We are usually here with family and friends so this is a very nice setup. The pool area has tables, chairs and loungers for relaxing. A sound system for quiet background music. The main floor has a family room, adjacent to the kitchen, that seats up to six people for watching TV or just generally socializing. It also allows those people who like to cook the opportunity to do so while remaining in touch with the others. The games room on the main floor is usually a hub of activity from morning to night. Many people start their day here logging on to the WIFI internet to get caught up on news from home or to find a good deal on a golf game or maybe to buy tickets online to an upcoming event. As the day goes on people stop in to challenge each other to a game of pool or shuffleboard. The upstairs family room seats at least 9 people to watch TV. There is also a foosball table and pub height table and chairs that can be used for your computer setup, workstation, or a game with friends or family. This family room has patio doors that open onto the second floor deck where many a sunset has been watched while enjoying happy hour.
Four bedrooms make for a great home to share with family or friends. One is on the main floor with a queen size bed, adjacent to a full bathroom, for anyone unable to navigate stairs. This room also has patio doors opening onto the oasis of a backyard. Another bedroom has two twin beds for kids or adults alike. There is plenty of room with two chairs, a dresser and a large closet. The third bedroom also has a queen bed, large closet, large dresser, bedside tables and a window seat. The star is the premiere bedroom with a king bed, bedside dressers, chaise to relax and read, walk-in closet, and a vaulted ceiling. There is a large ensuite bathroom with double sinks, large shower and separate water closet. Patio doors to the balcony complete the room.
