Welcome to our 125-year-old barn, recently transformed into a modern living space by HGTV's Dave and Jenny Marrs. Our property is located in Bentonville, Arkansas and just steps away from world-class mountain biking trails.



The 2-bedroom, 2-bath is designed to entertain and comfortably sleeps 9 guests. The screened-in patio is nestled next to a beautiful spring-fed pond and creek, while the outdoor space offers a perfect setting to enjoy the glow of market lights and a warm fire.

Inside, the fun never stops! Discover a hidden room under the stairs, perfect for kids’ secret adventures. The rock wall with monkey bars offers an exciting challenge, while adults can enjoy a full shuffleboard table, cornhole, and life-size Jenga and Sorry games. For the ultimate thrill, take a slide down next to the stairway!



Our open-concept kitchen boasts a large island fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking up a feast. With three TVs (one in each room and one in the spacious living area), there's plenty of entertainment for everyone.



Plus, enjoy direct access to the Snowbird adaptive trail leading to Bella Vista’s scenic back 40 bike trails right from your yard!
