Inside, the home is designed for both privacy and connection, featuring a unique layout with four bedrooms, each outfitted with a king size bed and its own full en suite bathroom—ideal for multiple couples, large families, or groups of friends traveling together. Gather in the living room for sports and cinema on a 70 inch 4K UHD TV, or enjoy friendly competition at the billiards table that converts to ping pong. Attentive local hosting, professional cleaning, and thoughtful amenities ensure a seamless stay so you can fully enjoy the Seabreeze Court lifestyle.



The outdoor oasis is designed for effortless relaxation and refined entertaining. The pool is heated daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The hot tub is pre-set and turns on nightly from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Pool lighting is scheduled from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:

For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:

A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
