Private Hot Tub, Sauna, 1/2 Mile to Lift, New Construction, 3 Bedrooms with ensuite baths, Mountain Views, Chefâs Kitchen, Gas BBQ, heated concrete floors for clean comfort. Multiple homes available for rent adjacent to each other.
Welcome to Paradise Condos. We just finished construction on this 2250 square foot stand-alone condo unit and it is ready for your enjoyment. We are located .5 miles from the village. You can walk to the village or take the free shuttle on weekends or a short 2-minute drive. After a great day on the slopes, you can soak in your private hot tub with mountain views, or you can relax on the comfortable Italian leather sofas in front of a toasty gas fireplace. You will enjoy the chefâs kitchen with everything you need to cook on the modern gas stove. If you would prefer to grill there is a weber gas grill on the deck. We supply yoga matts so you can work out the kinks as you watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning. You will enjoy sleeping in 3 ensuite bedrooms with attached baths. Perfect for 3 couples or families with kids. The house has heated concrete floors to keep you toasty warm. You will park in a heated garage or on a heated driveway outside. You can dry all your ski gear in the heated laundry room with dry racks and boot dryers.
As you enter the building on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a queen over queen bunk bed (with memory foam mattress) and an ensuite bath for privacy. The bunk bed was custom built with plenty of head room for adults on both the top and bottom bunk. A laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer and boot / ski clothes drying station. You can store your skis and and park in the heated garage.
The second floor has two master suites with private ensuite bathrooms, each room with a queen bed, memory foam mattress and smart TV's. You will enjoy the luxurious rain head showers with marble floors and quartz walls.
The third floor is one large great room for hanging with your crew. You will love the open modern kitchen with all new stainless appliances (gas range / oven), dining table that comfortably seats 8, Italian leather sofas around the gas fireplace, 55-inch TV with free high speed wifi, private hot tub with views of the mountain and forest, a gas barbecue, and yoga matts to help stretch out after skiing. All the wood furniture was custom built by our friends at Misty Mountain Furniture in Sandpoint.
We know you will enjoy our new modern mountain home. In the future we will be finishing the construction of the other 5 units in the development. Next year book early and take advantage of the opportunity to rent multiple homes to accommodate larger groups. Or message me this year to see about coordinating rentals with multiple buildings.
Parking onsite for 3 cars (2 outside and 1 in the garage). The driveway is heated, but the road into the development is not. We plow on a regular basis but a vehicle with all wheel drive could be needed depending on the weather conditions.
The front entrance has a ring floodlight camera. We record video and audio for security and to assist with check in. The cameras only view the front entrance. The host lives nearby on the mountain and is available to help with check in, or mountain orientation (happy to take a few turns and show you the mountain). The door has a smart lock for your easy access.
A few key items to note: We drain and clean the hot tub after each guest. On occasion we will have a same day turn. This could limit the time available to fully heat the hot tub prior to your arrival on the first day. This doesnât happen often but could happen due to our strict cleaning practices regarding the hot tub. If this is a question you can message me and I can give you more details on the schedule, etc.
There is a drip coffee maker in the kitchen with filters. We provide one 12-ounce bag of ground coffee from our friends at Evans Brothers in Sandpoint. This may (or may not) be sufficient for your stay (depending on the number of folks staying, the length of stay, your personal coffee consumption, etc) therefore if you feel one bag isnât enough then please plan accordingly.
Please bring your own toiletries. We do provide a single use supply of toiletries in each bathroom â which typically is enough for one night of use. However we ask that you bring your own products as each guest has their own unique preferences with regard to toiletry products, and the amount of products that they need for their stay.
The shuttle runs on weekends and holidays. The Shuttle schedule and contact information can be found in the guest book.
We have a booking agreement / house rules that all guests must follow while staying in our property.
