Important Community Notice – Active Construction at Admirals Row
Please be advised that Admirals Row Buildings A and B will begin an 18 month active sprinkler system repair project on February 2.
The work will take place inside the villas, progressing one floor at a time, and will begin in Admirals Row – Building B, 4th floor.
The community is working closely with the Town of Hilton Head Island Fire Inspector regarding required permitting and inspections. During this time, please expect:
- Construction activity present within the building
- Intermittent daytime noise or visual disruption
- Potential parking limitations
- The building sprinkler system will be temporarily non-operational while repairs are underway
- All resort amenities will remain open and fully accessible
