A full kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, bakeware, and utensils to handle everything from quick breakfasts to après-ski dinners. Enjoy a convenient in-unit washer/dryer to keep gear fresh throughout your stay.
When it’s time to unwind, head to the complex’s communal hot tub and pool, or fire up the shared BBQs for a casual cookout. Kids and early sleepers will appreciate room-darkening shades, and there’s a dedicated desk in the bunk room for remote work or study time.

• Parking: One vehicle may park in the assigned spot marked #11 in Building 1’s parking garage. A second vehicle may be allowed on the opposite side of the garage, but availability is not guaranteed. Parking passes are required and must be obtained from the management office located between Buildings 5 & 6 behind the pool (continue west up Lakeview Blvd. approx. 250 yards; office is on the left).
• Stairs: Access to this condo requires climbing three flights of stairs; stairs are required and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
• Shuttle: The free town shuttle stops right outside the complex—no need to drive.
• Kitchen: Basic cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available in the unit.
• WiFi/Cell Service: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Please no pets.
• Communal amenities: Pool, hot tub, and BBQs are shared within the complex. Availability is managed by the HOA.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
