It's time for some sunshine at this bright beach cottage. This dog friendly property allows one dog maximum with a 50 lb weight limit. Just a five-minute walk from the sandy shore. Step out your front door to your sunny deck with a cup of coffee in the morning and take a seat in one of your rocking chairs. No rush ā€“ you're on vacation. Keep breakfast prep simple when everyone wakes up, and eat together at the dining table for eight. Or, dine alfresco downstairs at your picnic tables on the patio. If you're looking to cook up something hearty, no problem ā€“ the well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances, counter space, and all the gadgets you need. Once everyone's fed and ready, head off to the beach. With such a convenient location, it's easy to run back and forth to the house for lunch or if a little one needs a mid-day nap. After a full day of fun, come home, wash off the sand in your outdoor shower, and get cozy. Flip on the flatscreen or grab one of the many games available to spend a little more together time. At the end of the night, grab a frosty beverage and head back out onto that deck for a little rocking chair time under the stars.

A great family house!

We had four adults, two young kids, and a dog. This house accommodates us very well. Weā€™ve stayed here for several years now, and we love it. Beach access is perfect, wonderful extended deck, large dining room table for extended family, and cozy table for smaller meals. Good grilling area downstairs, good garage space.

For 6 people space worked pretty well. Pros: Living space was great. Ocean facing porch was great. A few basic items for kids at the beach Kitchen has basic items Cons: No beach chairs. Laundry Room was located outside below the home. Overall a good value for the price would stay again.

Beautiful oceanfront home

This home was lovely! Over the past 30 years I have stayed in many beach houses and this is my favorite! The decor was lovely! Everything seemed upgraded recently. We had an issue with the AC but it was rectified within a day. This house is well equipped with everything you need. Highly, highly recommend!

Great Layout

This house had a great layout for its size. Bedrooms were smaller and common area was large which is how prefer a rental layout. Lots of seating inside and out. It was a little light on some dishes, such as bowls, but plenty of cooking pans. One of the queen beds was in bad shape and sagging, but all of the others were good. The air conditioner started struggling mid-week and, although the rental company was very responsive to try to correct the issue and brought us a window unit to supplement the system, it was not repaired before we left. House has a great location. Overall great week.

Great Get Away House

This house is right on the beach. It has a great layout, and would be idea for 2 families. The showers are a bit small, but one side of the house does have a tub/shower that could be used. The washer and dryer are downstairs, which means you have to go outside to access. Also, you can not pull a car under the house, it has a very low clearance of a little over 6 ft. If you love shelling or looking for shark teeth this is an idea home, you are close to the pier and this is a great place for hunting. It was a wonderful home, and a great getaway. If you are someone that likes to cook on vacation you might want to bring some extra pots and skillets with you.

Comfortable and cozy

I spent the week with three of my college friends and it was perfect for us. The beach was beautiful, the deck so relaxing and we each had our own bedroom. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of spaces to all be together. Great house!

A few issues but overall good stay & excellent communication with property management.

When we arrived housekeeping hadnā€™t cleaned or brought our bedding/towels. So we cleaned the kitchen & bathrooms before we could unpack. Property manager (Kaye) stopped by and was excellent & refunded the cleaning fee & paid for our family of 6 to go to dinner one night. She was so friendly & genuinely concerned about the issues. We also had to get maintenance to come by the same time due to a shortage in one of the outlets, so it had to be replaced due to it sparking. Our last night there was a pretty good rain storm & where the ceiling fan is on the ceiling in the living room stated leaking water. So that was unexpected. This was also a pet friendly house & you would never know that pets had stayed in the house, it smelled just like any other house without pets, which was a plus. Another plus was the keypad to get into the house & not having to go check in to get keys. The property manager (Kaye) honestly made the visit that much more pleasurable because if it wasnā€™t for her willingness to go above and beyond we wouldnā€™t have been happy renters for the week. So to Kaye thank you once again, great management & customer service.
