Welcome to beautiful Holden Beach, we are so glad you're here! Under a 5 min. walk to the beach access. Don’t like walking? At Coastal Distancing, we have bikes that will get you there in 1 min.

Nature lover? Head to the back. You’ll enjoy vivid sunsets over the marshlands where birds, deer, and other wildlife live. The island is a sea turtle habitat as well. Some lucky guests have even seen them hatch!

Ocean fiend? Head to the front. Enjoy the glittering views of the soothing Atlantic.

2 Public Beach Accesses:
It’s only a 3-5 min. walk to either one of the Neptune Ave. public accesses. To make your coastal commute even shorter, take advantage of the bikes we have to get you there in 1 minute!

Forgot your beach chair? We provide plenty of chairs for your use.

You’ll have all day to explore the 9 miles of oceanfront that Holden has to offer.

The House:

We are Kid/Baby Friendly: There’s a pack-n-play for baby, a high chair, two stair gates, and plenty of sippy cups/plates/utensils for your littles. We have a small, portable potty as well because we want your toddler to swim...just not in the toilet! There are also plenty of board games/cards available to make rainy days or late nights more enjoyable!

Rainy day? We've got you covered in the expansive garage with fun for hours including a ping pong table, dartboard, bikes, cornhole, and of course an extra full-sized refrigerator.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1, Floor 1: Welcome to the Coral Reef Room! Enjoy ocean views with a comfy king sized bed and plenty of storage. 32" Smart TV

Upstairs Bedroom 2: Gone Fishin' Room - Brand new queen bed. Private front deck with an ocean view and large dresser + closet. 32" Smart TV.

Upstairs Bedroom 3: Sailing Away Room - Private back deck overlooking the lush backyard. Catch deer in the mornings or the lights of the boats coming in at night. All new twin-over-twin bunk bed and a queen-sized bed. 32' Smart TV.

Bathrooms:
There are two bathrooms, one on each level. One has a tub-shower combo, the other is a walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided, along with hair dryers in both bathrooms.

Kitchen/Dining Area:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need, including:
-Microwave
-Coffee Maker: Keurig K-Cup/Coffee Pot combo
-Toaster and Toaster Oven
-Crock Pot
-Blender
-Hand Mixer
-Pots/Pans/Utensils, Baking Gear, Cocktail Mixers, etc.
-Waffle Maker
-Dining table sits 6 and there are 4 additional stools under the kitchen counter.

Living Room Area:
Plush couch, love seat, and chair. Hand-carved side tables.
A 50" Roku Smart TV and DVD player.
Internet/WiFi is available. We’ll provide you the password in the Welcome Packet.
The home has 4 Roku Smart TV's for you to stream your own services

Washer/Dryer:
There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom on the first floor, plus an iron/ ironing board

Outdoor features:
There’s an outdoor shower to rinse those sandy toes.
Enjoy the cozy hammock or play Cornhole in the backyard. Our Cornhole set is portable, so feel free to take it to the beach as well!
Don't worry, we provide a gas grill... Hotdogs + Hamburgers = Beach Fuel!
In the covered garage space enjoy a game of darts or ping pong!

Plenty of outdoor seating on every deck including an outdoor dining set on the main back porch.

Parking:
Up to 3 cars. Please stay on our side of the property :)

The Location:
Walk 3-5 minutes to two available beach accesses. Boating, fishing, and golf are all available within a short distance. Bike to the Holden Beach Pavilion (at the end of our street!) and listen to the FREE summer concert series.
