This is the second time we have stayed here! It is perfect for our family of four. Great view, walk to the beach, and nice pool. The apartment is clean and well furnished. Check in and check out is a breeze!I would say several things about the actually condo to keep in mind:The kitchen is not super well stocked, there are four drink pitchers, but no containers to store leftovers. The air conditioner unit works great! But it is very loud when it turns on.Other than linens, there are absolutely NO extras. No games or books, (which are key if it rains) not even salt and pepper or coffee, which in my experience is fairly standard for even hotel rooms. Please plan accordingly. North Top Sail Beach is beautiful and very family friendly. There aren't a ton of "distractions" (i.e. non beach activities) which is perfect for us, but if you need to get away from the beach for a day, please so some research. The Pier Restaurant is only a couple miles up from this location and has great food!

Great Visit!

The place was very nice and its location is perfect. Having the pool and beach right there was so convenient for us to take our little ones back for afternoon naps. I also reached out to Vacasa twice for questions through text and they answered very quickly. We would absolutely stay again!

I loved the size and beds for my momma and son. Loved the deck size and my son thought the pool was great 🤣. Even though our condo was farther away from the beach. I didn’t mind. I would stay again. Will be trying to rent this exact one next year. I’ve stayed in 4 others and this is my favorite!

Amazing and much needed beach trip!

First time using Vacasa to book a stay. The room was perfect, fridge has ice and water maker. I could just list everything good but I don’t have all day. Only issue was the tv in the kids room wouldn’t connect to internet but they only tried once. We don’t go to beach often and we stepped on porch and when we came back in, both kids slipped on floor. so watch that cause it could be slippery. Amazing place to stay and can’t wait to come back!

This room was great, first floor oceanfront with plenty of room! There were issues with cleaning upon arrival; we had to clean about an hour ourselves before we could unpack. Once it was clean, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the room. We would stay again.

•the unit smells like cigarette smoke, especially when AC is on •living room sliding door is broken and not usable. Maintenance had to come out first night and literally “tape” it. •ceiling fans and bathroom vents were dusty and dirty. Housekeeping was called to come clean on our first night there. •back patio has a bird nest in it with bird poop piled all over the beach equipment. •oven burners have issues, they say they’re on when they’re off, and vice versa. When we arrived the circuit breaker was turned off for the stovetop.

Family Vacation

Condo was lovely and furnished very nice. The children loved the pool. We are accustomed to staying in South Topsail, so North was a little further from the Surf City attractions, but having the beach less crowded was a plus. Kitchen was well equipped, but there was not a pitcher to make tea or lemonade. Owners should provide a couple. My only other complaint was the television in the children's room that wouldn't work. Maintenance came over and rebooted but it still didn't work. That needs to be fixed. Overall, it was a lovely vacation.

Cute, Clean and affordable

Very easy to get to the beach. This is on the first floor there is an elevator for luggage if needed. I would say this is one of the best entrances to the beach compared to other buildings we saw on our walks. It has a ramp so if you were to bring a cooler it would be easy to get to the beach. The master bed- Man it’s bad… it’s SO hard it needs a topper at min and really to be replaced. I woke with hurting shoulders and hips each morning and I am only 41 and never wake like this. They really need to address this. I think there is a resident not renter above who wakes at 5:30 and stomps around for hours. Bring ear plugs and or sound machine otherwise the home is cute, clean and they provided a few blankets and toiletries like extra TP, a roll of paper towels a few trashbags, dishwasher liquid and such which was really nice. Ice maker in the fridge works and kept up with us which was also really nice.
