New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Located in the downtown Wilmington Historic District, this charming 1BR condo boasts unbelievable views of the Cape Fear River and the Battleship North Carolina from the covered balcony, plus a central location steps from fabulous shops and cafes.

Its easy to unwind into vacation mode in the open-concept living room, and the well-equipped kitchen is perfect for fixing tasty breakfasts before a day of exploring. Walk to beautiful Riverfront Park in 3 blocks, or head to Wrightsville Beach less than 11 miles away by car.

Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.)

LIVING AREA

The open-concept living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa and tasteful art. Watch a new film on the 48 flat-screen, or simply kick back and enjoy the river vista.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with granite countertops. Stainless steel appliances include a two-burner range, an oven, a roomy fridge, and a dishwasher.

Two can share meals at the spacious kitchen bar.

This condo sleeps two guests in the peaceful bedroom, detailed with a plush queen bed and a flat-screen TV.

An expansive vanity and a pristine tub/shower combination round out the sparkling bathroom.

There is no on-site parking at this building. A paid parking lot is adjacent to the building, and a paid parking deck is 2 blocks away. Metered parking is also available on the street (free on Sunday).

The property was remodeled in 2019.

Great location

This condo is an a great location, and was very clean and updated! Our only complaint was the AC unit that resides in a bedroom closet is very loud and is definitely a disruption for sleeping.

Perfect Location

The condo was a perfect size for my husband and I. We loved the location, right downtown Wilmington on the waterfront. Across the street from the boardwalk with restaurants and shops plus only a block from the downtown. The condo does need furniture upgrading but other than that it was lovely.

Filthy, Dirty Water, Smelled Like Pot

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with renting a condo in this building. We have rented one several times. Never this particular condo and never with VACASA. We did not originally rent this unit or through VACASA. VACASA purchased turn key, which was a completely horrible experience. Then the unit we rented was sold. So we had to get another unit. When we got to the unit, the keypad would not work because it was old and worn out. The CSR at VACASA told us there was a lock box with an actual key in it in the lobby...even gave us the code for the box. There was no box. When we finally got the keypad to work, we opened the door and was hit in the face with a skunk smell, covered by room deodorant. The entire place smelled like pot. The unit was filthy. It had not been cleaned in a long time. There was thick dust on the living room tables. There was a sticky substance on the dresser in the bedroom. The bathroom toilet was full of something brown. When you turned on the water, it was completely dark brown. I checked the sheets to see if they were at least clean, they absolutely were not. This was over the fourth of July so VACASA had nowhere else they could put us. We had to rent a room in the hotel next to where we were staying. I have asked VACASA for a refund numerous times, with no response from them. Word of warning.....do not rent from VACASA and do not rent this unit.
