A Place At The Beach offers extensive amenities and one of the best family getaways imaginable - there's practically no reason to ever leave the resort grounds!

Can't you just see the excitement on your children's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells.

This second-floor, oceanfront condo is located in Building L, offering a beautiful view of the Atlantic. Enjoy a 40-inch flatscreen TV in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a 32-inch TV in the primary bedroom. This bedroom also includes an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Loved the view

This condo was small but perfect for us to have a place to sleep and cook some dinner. The ocean view is wonderful and it’s on the quieter side. The pool and slide , pickle ball, putt putt, basketball court were all awesome and lots of fun. This is a great place for kids. Also the bed was super comfortable. I was a little weary after reading other reviews but this place was great for us. Go and have fun!

Family oriented and nice amenities

We have a timeshare here in May and wanted a quick getaway to a familiar place. The grounds are always clean, the pools are excellent, the room is plenty comfy. There are a few things I would change but nothing warrants any less than 5 stars

Great for the price!

This condo was great for my family. Although the decor was outdated, everything was comfortable and all appliances were able to be used as needed. My family is always on the go and we rarely stay in the room for a while so this place was great for us. If you are looking for a place to stay at the beach that is somewhat affordable and a decent room, I highly recommend this one.

Simmons Family Vacation

The unit was very nice and conveniently located near the stairs. The only issue was there was no internet the entire time, even though the unit had it. We were told that there was too many people in the complex using it. Also, the entire building only has 3 handicap parking places .

Sofa and chair outdated and need replacement. Not comfortable to sit on for any length of time.Bedroom could used room darkening drapes.

A place at the beach #226

We rented this unit for a week to be with family in other units. While this unit looked clean and as expected we found out the main master bath shower could not be used during our whole stay. There was a crack in the tub floor that would have gotten bigger and leaked below if we used it. Management came to repair within a couple days but once we stepped into the tub it would have cracked again so we just didn't use. This was a much more desirable shower to use than the other but we made it work. We did love the view off the balcony.

Two Week Stay

My husband and I stayed the last week of August and the first week of September. We enjoyed the condo’s location within the resort. We could see the ocean from the deck that could only hold 2 chairs. There was ready access to a staircase leading outside and to the parking lot. The condo is the next to the last condo on the hallway which was a very quiet location. The master bed was very comfortable. The laundry was located in the same building which was convenient. The negatives—the condo was very dated and tired looking. It needed a deep cleaning and updating. The tub in the main bathroom was cracked in the bottom. It had been patched, but it cracked again when we used it. There were no directions to operate the TVs and it took a while to figure it out. While the outside hallway is well lit, the light comes in the bedroom which made it difficult to sleep. One would think the blinds, roller shade, and thin curtain would keep the light out. It didn’t. Blackout curtains are needed to make it dark enough for restful sleeping.
