We had a wonderful stay. The host was fantastic at responding and helping with any request we had. We had a large group for an after wedding get together and it was the perfect place to do so. The pickle ball court was a big hit with our guests. Large outdoor eating space was nice as well with outside grill. The younger crowd loved the game room. The putt putt course was not the greatest…was super hard to just keep the ball on the course, but it’s still fun and good for a few laughs. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The property is truly impressive, the huge territory makes it feel very private and peaceful. The pool is very convenient and perfect for relaxing, and there is plenty of covered outdoor space to comfortably accommodate a large group. We were 25 people, and everyone felt comfortable with lots of room to gather and enjoy time together.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, which made cooking for a big group easy and enjoyable. The design of the home is stylish and thoughtfully done, creating a very calm and welcoming atmosphere.One of the biggest advantages is that you don’t need to worry about noise from a large group, the neighbors are far away, which gives you peace of mind when hosting a family gathering.The host was very polite, responsive, and quick to answer questions. Any small household matters were handled promptly and professionally.We highly recommend this home. It is absolutely perfect for a family reunion.

Me and my friends stayed at The Penrose House last week and honestly, it was incredible. I have stayed in many places around Dallas but nothing like this estate. The house is huge but still feels very warm and comfortable.We spent most of our time at the pool area—it feels like a 5-star resort, especially the swim-up bar. The arcade room is also crazy good, we stayed up late playing games like kids again! You can tell the owners put a lot of heart into the design. Everything from the furniture to the pickleball court is top quality.Also, the location is perfect. You are 20 minutes from Mckinney but it feels like you are in a different world with so much privacy and space. Khushi was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you are looking for a luxury place for a big group or a small event, just book this place. You will not regret it. We are definitely coming back!

Thank you so much for this review — it made our whole week! We love hosting Dallas families who realize they don’t have to get on a plane to feel like they’ve actually gotten away. Forty minutes north and you’re at the pool. So glad the swim-up bar was a highlight. It’s the feature guests are most surprised by, and watching families claim those stools for an entire afternoon is exactly why we built it. The Plus One Lounge, theater, mini-golf and pickleball court are all included too, so there’s never a moment of “what do we do now” with kids in the house. Thank you for treating the estate so well — you’re welcome back anytime, and we’d love to host you for a longer stretch next time.
