All pots and pans need to be replaced, they are so scratched. Sheet on king bed is used and abused, needs to be replaced! Faucet in kitchen was leaking.Communication was easy, check in was easy. This unit needs an update and remodel. Price is fair.Our view was bird sanctuary, it really stinks.

We had a great stay. Access to beach and pool was very easy and convenient. We had everything we needed for our stay with 2 adults and 3 young kids. We love the area!Just a comment - we usually had to wait in line behind one person for a grill in the evenings.Also, check-in instructions indicated that we were NOT allowed to set the thermostat below 73 degrees. That was a little inconvenient during our stay, as we are used to the house a few degrees cooler

Great stay

The condo was very clean and well kept. We had a great time here and enjoyed having quick access to the beach from the complex and our own assigned parking spot in the parking garage.

Great vacation get away😎

Great comfortable property! Easy access to beach, pool and hot tub. Loved that they have chairs, beach blanket and cooler that you can use. Would definitely stay again. We had a few hiccups that were not able to be controlled by owner or agency but was handled properly.

Great Family Time

Was a beautiful place looks just like the pictures. Was extremely clean right on the beach have a peek view of beach but can hear the waves at night from balcony. Had everything you need and more. Will definitely be back give it five stars close to everything.

Beautiful beach, nice location

The property was clean and well appointed. The beach was beautiful. The pool had plenty of chairs and was easy to access. Our unit overlooks a ocean bird rescue sanctuary. Interesting to watch the birds, but not good if you have a bird phobia.

Weekend getaway

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Beach and pool were steps away. The beach was quiet and perfect. The pool area was very nice, only downside no swimming after dusk my two teenage girls were bummed about that. Overall though great place for a getaway. Extremely spacious.
