Beobachten Sie die Delfine beim Planschen und Spielen am frühen Morgen. Diese Eigenschaft befindet sich direkt am Strand und wir sind günstig im zweiten Stock gelegen. Entspannen Sie in unserem wunderschön eingerichteten Wohn- und Essbereich mit bequemen Sofas zum Entspannen und tropischem Dekor. Nehmen Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten auf unserem mit spanischen Fliesen gedeckten Tisch auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand ein oder genießen Sie Ihren Wein auf unserer neuen Balkonterrasse und beobachten Sie den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang. Schlafen Sie gut in unseren zwei bequemen, vollen Betten mit schönen Bettdecken. Wir haben brandneue Simmons Beautyrest-Matratzen im Oktober 2016 und neu gekaufte Boxsprings im Dezember 2017 gekauft. Unsere Wohnung wurde im Dezember 2017 gestrichen. Nutzen Sie den beheizten Pool am Strand oder verbringen Sie den Tag am Strand. Wir bieten Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher.

Die schöne Ferienwohnung für Paare liegt 37 km von Tampa, 16 km von Clearwater und 90 Minuten von Disney und Orlando entfernt. Wir sind nicht weit von Busch Gardens, dem Florida Aquarium in Tampa, dem Salvador Dali Museum und der Dale Chihuly Sammlung in St. Petersburg.

Zu den lokalen Attraktionen zählen John's Pass, Golf, Minigolf auf der anderen Straßenseite, Angeln, Parasailing, Schnorcheln, Tauchen, ausgezeichnete Restaurants in der Nähe, Muscheln im Caladesi Park und im Fort DeSoto Park, das Nachtleben in Clearwater und Pass-a-Grille mit seiner malerischen Landschaft Geschäfte und Restaurants. In der Umgebung gibt es so viel zu sehen und zu erleben.

Relaxing Getaway

We love staying at the Chateaux when in Indian Shores. The beach, pool and complex grounds are perfect for relaxing at the beach. Every unit we have stayed in there has been just perfect.

Elevator still out of servive

Condo was clean and well equipped. Outstanding location on the Gulf. Only draw back was the non functioning elevator. Glad we were only on the second floor condo owner cares enough about their renters to actually call and check on you during your stay!

Great place to stay

The property is on the part of the beach that is not overly crowded. The elevator could not be more convenient, the view of the beach is perfect, and an excellentput put on steroids is a cross the street. There are so many convenient great places to eat (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are short drive to the north and south.

Perfect Couples Getaway

We had the best time in Indian Shores this month. My husband and I needed a bit of relaxation and rest. This condo was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and we had everything that we needed! We enjoyed the beach during the day along with going miniature golfing, shopping at John's Pass, getting ice cream a few blocks away and we watched every sunset from our balcony. Salt Rock Grill is a must if you are looking to eat out one night! We hope to be back in March of 2026 and it would be ideal if we had the opportunity to stay in this very same condo.

Perfect in every way!

This was the absolute perfect property for a vacation for my sister and me!! There was nothing that we wished for that was not already provided, including spectacular sunsets from the balcony each night. We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach, or to the pool, or to nearby restaurants each night. Quiet location but so much to do nearby. Communication from owner was nearly instant when we had questions. Loved the updated bathroom. Loved that beach supplies were provided. Highly recommend!

Awesome place!

Everything thing as promised. Owners super quick and easy to get back to us with answers to all our questions. Condo is perfectly situated on the beach, but close enough for easy day trips into Tampa, Clearwater and Treasure Island. Loved our stay here and hope to come back doon!

Relaxing Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach! The condo had everything we needed, along with beautiful furniture. We especially appreciated the beach cupboard so we didn’t have to pack our chairs and umbrella! The owners were easy to work with and communicated well. We plan to come back!

Excellent location, beautiful stretch of beach! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. As regular visitors to the gulf coast, we would say this time was the best time we have had. We celebrated our 30th anniversary watching a beautiful sunset! We will be back for sure!!

Clean condo with great location and views.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the unit was. Rose and Mo have thought of just about everything a visitor would need when staying for either a few days or a few weeks. The location is centrally located along the barrier island with great restaurants both north and south. Our favorite breakfast place was the Frog Pond down in Redington Beach, a few miles south. Overall our stay was terrific.

Very convenient, clean and great views!

Really liked the room itself. Facility overall was run down and in need of repair. The gate to the beach/pool was a makeshift 2x4/construction fencing contraption and we almost got trapped in the elevator...twice. I would have been trapped once, if I wasn't mechanically inclined enough to slide the inner door open and then pull the outer door detent. From then on, we walked the stairs. As hot as it was, I hope no one else got trapped over the week. Other than that, we loved the room and the view. Thae facility just needs to work.

Perfect Getaway

We returned to this property after a very enjoyable stay last year. The area is perfect, beach clean and quiet with covered parking. The condo is clean and very well kept. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything needed for preparing and serving food. The deck is very inviting for eating or relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. Rose and Moe are very helpful, supplying complete information on your booking, arrival and stay. Very enjoyable!

Absolutely Fantastic!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and enjoyed everything about this condo and it's amazing location. We loved that the front door was right off the elevator and the balcony faces the beautiful beach. The views were fantastic!, and the place was very clean, and had everything we needed for the week. Whether we were going to the beach, chillin on the big balcony, or just relaxing inside with the nice air conditioning. This condo is an awesome choice for couples. The owners stayed in contact throughout as well which is always nice in case there are any issues, although we didn't have any. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

This was my third visit to the property. With Covid playing havoc this year, this is a property I knew would be safe and clean - and it was. The owners are amazing. They seem like friends and they absolutely understand the idea of customer service. The whole complex is very friendly and feels like a nice neighborhood. I’ll. Be back - again.

Stellar View, Clean, Well-Equipped, PERFECT!

Rose & Mo were absolutely delightful. We never met them face to face, but I truly feel like we know them! My husband & I spent 5 days in their home away from home. We enjoyed sunsets on the beautiful beach, dinners in the condo as well as at restaurants recommended by Rose & Moe and their previous guests. Rose & Moe have compiled a wealth of information into a binder--including shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. Super helpful. The condo is beautifully furnished, clean, safe, quiet, and down-right spectacular. We are definitely returning some day!

one week in paradise!

We had a wonderful week at the condo. We have never been to Florida in November but the weather was perfect. We have never stayed in Indian Shores before. We have always stayed in St Pete's Beach. We really like the more peaceful and calm atmosphere. The living room and kitchen areas are very nice and updated at the condo. The balcony with a beautiful table and love seat with cushions were so nice. Great place to have morning coffee and watch the evening sunsets. The owners are planning on updating the bathroom later this month. I'm sure it will be lovely. They said they were behind with renovations due to Covid. That is understandable. We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation. Rose was very nice to work with.

Relaxing experience with a fantastic view

We had a great and relaxing time in Florida and liked the condo very much. Especially the view (sunsets!) and watching the dolphins pass by was amazing. The very nearby beach and the warm weather helped very much to relax in beautiful Indian shores. Our overall impression was very positive and the lovely condo is fully equipped and has everything one needs. Hurricane Michael war an interesting experience, but luckily the inconveniences we experienced were very limited and they are out of our memories when we think back about the vacation. Rose and Moe were always very friendly, helpful and generous. Thank you again for making your condo in Florida our home for a couple of days.

Beach was unusable. building construction was out of control pool was full of construction debris. I had to buy pool cleaning stuff no help. This condo was nearly perfect! The unit had everything we could possibly need, the kitchen was well stocked, and the owners' attention to detail was so helpful. Beds were comfortable and we couldn't have asked for anything more! Communication was great as well. Due to previous hurricane damage the elevator was not operating, outdoor restrooms were under repair but a porta pot was provided at the pool area. The pool was great, the beach was beautiful, and the recommendations from the owners for restaurants and beach chair rentals, etc. were so helpful. I would definitely stay here again and this condo may just be one of my favorites! Thanks to the owners for a vacation to remember.

This condo is owner operated and we stay there as often as we can. This means that we take a great deal of pride of ownership and provide our guests with all the comforts of home. It is important to us that our guests feel at home and are comfortable.
