Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed space with all the comforts of home. Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchenette, featuring a full-size fridge, a microwave, a stovetop, and ample counter space. Unwind in the open living area or enjoy your favorite shows in the privacy of the bedroom.

Located just south of Clearwater Beach, Belleair Beach is a small, affluent community known for its peaceful atmosphere and stunning sunsets. Experience the beauty of sugar-white sands and crystal-clear waters in a more tranquil setting away from the crowds.

Please note: While this unit will accommodate up to four people, it is small and best suited for a small group. The balcony is also compact, providing a cozy space for two adults to relax comfortably.

This is very nice unit with a great location. We only had some minor cleanliness concerns. First, some of the silverware was not cleaned very well (dried food still on it). Second, the plates were all still wet (put away but not dried). There is no dishwasher so everything has to be hand washed. The renters are expected to clean, so whomever cleaned prior to us was not thorough. Also, the floor was sticky around the fridge (meaning someone spilled some beverage but it was not mopped up). Other than this, the place was great. The only concern about the overall complex was the smoking. The entire complex - both inside the units and in the outside areas - are supposed to be smoke free. But, when we were on our balcony, we could smell marijuana. That is not at all pleasant, so it detracted from the beautiful view. Speaking of which, the sunsets are gorgeous - which we could easily see from the balcony and not just on the beach.

Nice visit to the beach

We enjoyed our stay in Belleair Beach. Very quiet time of the year to visit, but the beach and water were still quite warm and nice. This area is great to stay in. Short drive to the airport, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Great beach stay

It was great to stay right on the beach. Place was very clean and had a TV in both the living area and bedroom. Also had extra beach towels and supplies you may need. I would definately stay there again
