As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the warm ambiance of the living room, which offers large windows framing the beautiful and peaceful beach. Relax on the comfortable sofas, unwind with a good book, or simply enjoy the company of your loved ones while being serenaded by the soothing sounds of the ocean.



The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen features additional counter space to seat 4 guests. This is a wonderful unit! I stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Extremely clean, well appointed, exceptional view of the Gulf, literally only steps from the sandy beach. It’s a quiet location with many great restaurants all within two miles. I’ll be back again next year.

Ten Days in Paradise

The perfect location, perfect view, perfect proximity to the beach, perfect sunsets and perfect accommodations made for a perfect stay. We really can’t say enough about Sonrisa1 to do it justice. If your idea of privacy and a quiet beach and all the above, then this is the place for you. We are already planning for our return next year. Photo is from the patio.

Beautiful stay

The location was amazing! Steps from the beach and pool. And the condo itself was beautiful. We didn't have any issues with our stay, but it was very easy to get in touch with property management if needed.

Simply A Dream

Been coming to the area for a decade. This place was the best ever. Stayed in other units here but this one is phenomenal. The views from inside and the patio and the distance from the water you just can’t beat. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Had everything we needed and then some. From booking to departure was perfect. Highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it.

The condo is directly next to the Belleair Beach, you can see dolphins each morning, the beach is almost exklusive. If you do not like the ocean just swim in the pool. The Sonrisa in general is a small community, nice and calm. The condo is equipted with everything you need. Great beds and a really good AC. Its perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location. It was our first time at Sonrisa, we usually stay at Aldea (just north of the motel). Love the proximity to the beach. I like the complex size (about half as big as Aldea). Regarding the unit, there were a few issues. The shower heads both leaked and had to be repaired. The kitchen sink faucet was loose and had to be repaired twice. The dishwasher did not clean any of the dishes in the top rack and it had to be replaced. The second bedroom had a musty odour (primary bedroom was fine). I think it was related to the wicker headboard. It is almost impossible to keep that type of a headboard clean from dust, etc. The other issue was the amount of things in the kitchen cabinets and drawers. There was no place to put any dry goods. I ended up having to empty out part of one of the cabinets to make a spot. The size of the unit was perfect and the furnishings were quite nice (with the exception of the plastic on the mattresses. Overall it was a very nice vacation.
