The Space:

Located across the street from the beach, this beautifully renovated townhouse-style villa features an inverted floor plan with views of the 11th hole of the neighboring golf course. Guests can enjoy dining on the screened-in porch overlooking the golf course or enjoy the warm rays from one of the other three decks. Gather in the living area and wind down on one of the comfortable sofas while watching TV or planning tomorrow's adventures. Fairway Dunes offers guests amenities such as tennis courts, a swimming pool, and children's pool-there's no way you'll spend a dull moment here!



What's nearby:

This villa is also conveniently located across the street from the beach access path. Several restaurants within the resort of Wild Dunes are just a short bike ride away. Take a swing at the links down the road at the Wild Dunes Links Golf Course or bike down the paths around Wild Dunes. Venture out to downtown Isle of Palms less than five miles away for additional dining and shopping. Don't forget to visit downtown Charleston during your stay too, just 17 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location and quick walk to the beach. The pool was private and an easy walk The only temporary complaint was the construction noise next door and construction equipment taking up parking space.

The check-in process and communication with the host was very efficient and thorough. Unfortunately, the property wasn’t as clean as the pictures portrayed, especially the bathrooms (toilets and showers specifically). There was a lot of dust behind tables and along the walls. We loved the proximity to the beach.

Comfortable condo in a beautiful area

Wyndham made everything super easy and were accommodating with our late check in time. Can walk to the beach and the Dunes area is so pretty. The condo was super comfortable. A great relaxing weekend away!

Be aware / the living area and kitchen are up 2 flights of stairs. There is no bathroom on that level. You have to use the bathroom on the middle floor ( attached to a bedroom or go use one of bathrooms attached to the bedrooms downstairs. There are also 2 sets of stairs up to the front door. There is construction going on all day during the week at the townhouse next door. There is a huge dumpster in the driveway and a port o pot there also. . The workers parked 4 to 5 cars behind the dumpster in the next door driveway which made it difficult to back out. We came back from the beach yesterday afternoon and the workers had a huge white material spread out across both driveways. We had to go around it to get access to the front porch. Just, not good for the price you pay. Reached out immediately upon realizing the situation about the main rooms being upstairs. Only received empty promises from Casago about trying to find an alternative solution. Texted the manager on call - Lisa on Wednesday night - pretty much just said no refund and we are booked . It is a reasonable walk to the beach or pool but definitely look at other options if stairs are an issue.

Walking distance to beach

We enjoyed our stay and really liked the short walk to the beach and pool. Kitchen could use some things if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking but otherwise great property and stay!

Loved this place!

We loved this place. It was 6 adults and a toddler (slept in a pack and play) but all of the rooms and bathrooms gave us privacy but when upstairs we were all together. The house had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and the pool was very nice too! Would definitely stay again!

Good Location

Our family stayed here during Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. There is a short walk to the beach and plenty of space to walk and ride rental bikes. The townhouse was clean and we discussed returning another time in the future.

Great property!

We had an amazing time staying in this property. It was very clean and cozy. Steps from the beach and in a great community. Twin bedroom and king bedroom on on the main level when waking in and then 5 steps up to the queen bedroom and about 10 steps up to the kitchen/living room.

Great location

Our 4 nights at Fairway Dunes on the Isle of Palms was lovely. The condo was as advertised and had plenty of spare blankets as the weather turned quite cold while we were there over New Year’s. The bathrooms were a little dated but functional and there was plenty of space. The only item missing from the kitchen was a tea kettle, otherwise it was very well stocked!

Wonderful visit

The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s very nice (clean) and conveniently located. The beach is right across the street and the pavilion with shops and food is a healthy walk. I’m just disappointed we could not stay longer!

Great property but a lot of stairs

We had a wonderful stay, the condo has plenty of room and it’s a very short walk to the beach. We loved the screen porch and the deck space. The layout was great for us (two couples) but it might be difficult for very small children or older folks who can’t walk up and down stairs easily. We would definitely stay here again.
