Welcome to 59 Fairway Dunes Villa-Tri-level 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome in Fairway Dunes, offering comfortable and affordable accommodations within the gated community of Wild Dunes —perfect for a small group or family getaway.
Updates for the 2026 Rental Season include: brand new LVP flooring through kitchen/dining and living space, stainless steel appliances, quartz kitchen countertops, and freshly painted kitchen cabinets
Guests will appreciate the convenient location across from the Fairway Dunes community pool (open April–end of September) and tennis/pickleball courts (please bring your own equipment). The nearest beach access is just a short bike ride or about a 6-minute walk away.
*Important Notice: Water Main Replacement Project: From November 2025 through March 2026, the Wild Dunes Community Association and IOP Water will be replacing water mains, involving road construction and heavy equipment directly in front of the Fairway Dunes condos. Guests may experience occasional water disruptions, construction noise, and limited access to the tennis/pickleball courts.
Reservations during this period are made with the understanding and acceptance of these conditions.*
