The Space:
This light-filled, classic beach house steps away from the sand includes bead-board ceilings, pine floors, and quartzite countertops. You’ll sleep carefree on new mattresses, fall out of bed onto the beach, shower outside before lunch on the covered deck, grill dinner in the entertainment area under the house, and watch the sunset over the marsh from the front room. You’re bound to enjoy your stay in this stylish retreat! When mealtime comes, prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances!

During your stay, take advantage of the many outdoor activities offered on the island including fishing, surfing, biking, kayaking, boating, and much more. Sign up at the local rental shops for surfing or paddle boarding lessons. Shopping, restaurants, and bars are located on Center Street (just two and a half miles away). A short drive (just under 13 miles) will take you to downtown Charleston, where you can enjoy shopping, fine dining and local historic tours.

The place was clean and beautifully decorated. Being right on the beach was wonderful. We all enjoyed listening to the waves and beautiful views. We wish there had been a little bit more instructions on how things worked. We did have an issue with a ceiling fan but they took care of it quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is the perfect beachfront home. Spacious, spotless, each of the three bedrooms have private bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom offers the perfect space for privacy if traveling with a group or family. The house is beautifully decorated throughout. We will definitely be returning to this property next year.

Quiet and Comfortable Retreat

We were looking for a place to stay on the beach for a couple nights in March. This was the perfect location. It's a couple miles down the road from the hustle and bustle but just a golf cart right away! We had our own beachfront, a lovely screened in porch. The rooms were comfortable and cute. The place was very clean and had all the amenities needed for our family to relax, play games, prepare meals and rest easy!

Wonderful Rental

We absolutely loved our first visit to Folly Beach and this rental is Amazing! Perfect view, location, clean, all the things you need. We hope to rent this home each year! The only thing is we wish we could have brought our Shihtzu and the grill needs replaced.

My family absolutely loved our stay here! The home was incredibly clean, and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The house was well stocked, spacious for the 5 of us, and a perfect distance to center street. We already want to come back!

Beach, beach, beach

If you want to be close to the ocean, this is your spot! Literally steps to the beach. But, if you want an adorable beach house that’s super cozy, this is also your spot. Home is so personally decorated with lots of character. Beds are super comfy, kitchen is well stocked and the room set up was perfect for us! The upstairs room is a dream! It feels like you’re on an island. We had an issue with the water when we arrived but they sent someone right away to take care of it! Communication was a little weird since it’s run by a company but they were very responsive! There are lots of steps to get into the place so keep that in mind and also lots of weekend traffic on and off the island. But great proximity to Charleston and fun area on Folly Beach with lots of restaurants and bars within a 5 min drive. Great spot all around!!

Family stay at the beach house

The property is beautiful and right on the beach. At high tide the water comes up to the stairs which is very cool and a bit scary at the same time. Low tide you can enjoy a walk on the packed sand. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom which is nice for all getting ready at the same time. The additional upstairs bedroom suite worked well for quarantining the guests who caught COVID on the airplane. They still enjoyed the views from the upper level! I am not happy about the additional $498 surprise charge from VRBO just for using your booking App. Buyer beware!
