Please Note: Guests reserving the casita should be self sufficient as owners are not local. We strive to provide adequate consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc), we are not local and so unable to drop off items if you run out (or if the cleaning service forgets to leave extras) so you may have to purchase additional items for your stay (the co-op is just across the river trail and there are pharmacies and shopping centers close).

If you encounter any issues during your stay please contact us promptly so we can address them or modify your reservation if necessary.

Hummingbird Haven is a Blast from the Past, renovated casita from the Atomic Age with Southwestern feel. One of a kind gem close to Downtown/Railyard (~ 1 mile) Sleep Number Bed. Special touches in fully enclosed, private courtyard include patio table for two, and retro patio sofa glider. Fur babies (under 25lbs) are welcome (email for approval) with extra pet cleaning fee. Quality bedding, pillows, linens, towels. Enhanced professional cleaning.

Casita with beautiful indoor and outdoor space. Lovely enclosed yard so you can relax outside and enjoy Santa Fe's wonderful weather. The casita has a Sleep Number bed, small kitchenette, small bar for eating or work space.

Perfect for couples looking for a quiet getaway close to the plaza/railyards (~1 mile). WIFI and one Amazon Fire TV (note there is basic cable). Portable playpen/crib available on request.

Pets under 25 pounds are welcome - please include pet details in booking request. However, please be aware that pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Our cleaning service charges an additional $300 fee if pet hair is found as linens need to be sent out for special cleaning.

Also note that the driveway is shared with another unit, please be sure to park only in the space with dark gravel on the far left of the parking area or on the street in front of the main house.

Our location allows for quick access to the paved river trail and shopping center. We often just walk downtown and to Railyard both of which are about one mile away - or you can easily drive downtown.

The casita is located through the teal gate into the casita enclosed yard. The neighborhood is very walkable. Street parking is available. Casita parking is the dark gravel area on the far left of the parking area.
