Stunning Apartment Central to Santa Fe. Private. 5 minutes to City Center

Beautiful one bedroom apartment. Close to all tourist sites in historic Santa Fe NM. Full gourmet kitchen, queen bed, TVs in main room and bedroom. Gorgeous deck to relax and enjoy the view. Excellent Wifi, Aircon/Heating, Elevator and parking. Come and enjoy this beautiful apartment as a couples retreat or relax on your own. Please know I am not a corporation or large vacation rental company. I maintain, clean and service both condos myself. You will never have an issue contacting me.

The Kiva fireplace is only for decoration, the chimney is blocked up. If the fireplace is used the guest will be responsible for costs for all damages inside the condo, including loss of earnings, and any damages to the building and other residents property. Please inform me if you are bringing children or a pet at the time of booking. There are additional pet rules.

Condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator. Some noise restrictions apply as to not disturb the downstairs guests. If you are checking in after 9pm please inform me. Please do not jump, run or thump on the floors.
Please note the condo is NOT within walking distance from the Plaza, however, driving time to downtown is about 4 minutes. It is centrally located to ALL Santa Fe tourist sites.

This is an ECO building. HVAC will be set at 70-55 degrees during the winter and 68-75 degrees during the summer.
The balcony packed up from December to April.
Coffee and tea are supplied. Please contact me for any questions you might have. The property has video surveillance on the front door and the back balcony for your security. There is no video inside the unit.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Our only issue is that many previous guests brought dogs, and I’m allergic - I spent the entire stay sneezing. Otherwise it was a great place, well-stocked kitchen, good location, and we really enjoyed it. The balcony was a nice extra space to hang out.

Wonderful Spot!

I had a delightful stay at Yvette's place! It is so beautifully appointed, well-stocked, comfortable, and lovely that I just wanted to hang out there and relax all day! Everything was squeaky clean, well thought-out, and very welcoming. Yvette is personable, responsive, and really sweet. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. I will be returning!

Amazing space

I loved this space. There was anything you would need, all very thoughtfully placed. The cups above the coffee pot, the silverware below the plates, the hot pads right by the oven. The bathroom was appointed with all the things. And all was so beautifully put together. I loved the balcony. And to top it all off, I forgot my jacket after I checked out and Yvette retrieved it for me and I stopped and got it on the way to the airport! All in all, one of the most accommodating places I have ever stayed! Thank you, Yvette!

Perfect respite

We had a week of peace and quiet with our cat in Yvette's charming one bedroom apartment. We all enjoyed using the balcony (some traffic noise from St. Michael's Drive but unit well insulated). Full kitchen well appointed and modern. Good shower and roomy bathroom with in-unit washer/dryer. Bedroom quiet and mattress extra firm. Great location for getting around town.
