With 2 full bathrooms featuring a relaxing soaking bathtub, guests can unwind after a day at the beach, golf, tennis or pickleball. The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking and the dining room has a large table that seats 8 people- a perfect spot to gather family and friends. The Kitchen also has a wonderful DeLonghi Espresso Machine, perfect for fresh roasted coffee. No need for Starbucks. Screened lanai with southern exposure has beautiful views of the lake and wildlife.

There is 1 car attached garage and room for a second car in the driveway. We have 6 beach chairs and two umbrellas for your use. New HVAC, washer/dryer, garage door and window treatments. Fully furnished and very comfortable ground level unit, no stairs.
