Paradise in Naples

We really enjoyed this amazing property. It was clean and had a well stocked Kitchen and bathrooms. The pool was great and enjoyed by all. We also had great communication the property manager. Can't wait to come back!

If you want to walk to the beach, this is a manageable distance, even with younger children. The pool was great, the kids loved it. There was enough space for everyone in our group. Communication is through Vrbo to manager.

We have stayed in many places in Naples over the 15 years we’ve been coming down. This, by far had the best amenities when it comes to appliances, pool and beach supplies, including a wagon and great quality umbrella and chairs. Plus, there wasn’t anything in the kitchen that she didn’t have. Every single appliance you could ask for is there. Seasonings and non perishables were also great to have. Most place we go don’t even supply salt and pepper, she had everything we could need. We lived it so much we’re already looking into next years vacation with her. She was also very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. Wonderful place to stay!! Thank you so much, Allison!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Great location! House is clean, comfortable and very functional but a bit dated. (FYI-There is no longer a sundeck as listed on front of house.) Pool area is private with fence but open on sides so it will not contain a dog.

Great location and well-stocked house

We loved the location so close to the beach, Ritz Carlton and The Mercado. Open floor plan worked well for our family Christmas. Having our dog with us was nice and it’s a great area to walk dogs. We are also less than 29 minutes to the dog beach. The kitchen is well-stocked. Many supplies are provided. Communication with property manager was smooth. Hope we can go back soon!

Very relaxing

We chose this property because it was the only one to accept a more reasonable cancellation than half a dozen others, in the wake of Hurricane Milton. We had already lost use of our on our timeshare to the hurricane.The 'host' realtor was easy to contact and deal with. We were only minutes from the beach. Very nice property and stay.

Excellent vacations in Naples

We had a great time with our family in this great house, we loved it and we will surely come back (to Naples and to this house!) The location is excellent, a quiet place very close to the beach and not far from the downtown. The heated pool is very nice and we used it every day. The house is very comfortable and well decorated, we really felt at home and didn't want to leave! It is very close to Mercato and Waterfront stores. Allison is very friendly and professional and takes care of all the details.

Ideally located home from home

This property first attracted us because of its excellent location -- close to the beach and convenient to the 41 and i75 -- and situated in a peaceful street with little through traffic. A true home from home, it exhibited thoughtful presentation, tasteful décor and provision of everything needed for our comfort and enjoyment. The website photos cannot convey just how spacious and practical this villa is! Storage is good, the beds are of a high standard and the kitchen has been equipped to a level well above what one normally finds in much more expensive rentals. Indeed one of the main advantages is the excellent value for money that the package offers. And we also appreciated the added bonuses of the secluded lanai and pool and the pass for the Delnor Wiggins State Park. We had a most enjoyable stay and would have no hesitation in returning again, nor in recommending the property to others. Congratulations and sincere thanks to Allison for everything!

Das Haus ist schön und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und hat auch einige Schattenbereiche, was gut ist, wenn Kinder dabei sind. Schade ist, dass es nur 2 Sonnenliegen gibt. Die Kommunikation mit Allison war super. Das Haus würden wir wieder buchen.

Great family vaca

Perfect house for our family of 4. Appliances a little rough. Pool area rocks. Property manager pretty responsive but only communicates via app. Would have been able to easily resolve a few questions via txt or a quick call. But all good. We loved the house. Upgraded the pool toy collection significantly over there and some additional beach blankets and towels. Enjoy!

Great Stay/Great Location

The house is beautiful and the location couldn't be better. It is less than a half mile walk to the public access to the beach and close to many shopping areas and restaurants. Having 3 bedrooms is perfect and a large open living floor plan is great. The back is all glass the opens to a porch and the pool is so peaceful and relaxing. Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. Had problems with the check in and didn't get our access code prior and couldn't reach the property manager but other than that they were responsive to any issues and it was a perfect stay! Would highly recommend this beautiful place!

Location, location, location!

As the title implies, we loved this location! On the southwest side of Naples Park, this is a short walk to the beach. We liked to walk over and view the sunset and head to Buzz’s lighthouse for a grouper sandwich. If we had planned ahead, we would have booked the Turtle Club. The house is comfortable with an open layout. The screened in pool increases the living space. Pelican Bay park is less than a mile away with drop in tennis available and well maintained lighted clay courts. The house came with a state park pass which we used a lot! We will definitely book this house again.

Great location!

Spent the week at this house. Perfect location, just a half mile walk to the beach. They also included a pass to Wiggins Park which we frequented, nice perk to avoid the heavy beach crowds at Vanderbilt. Very close to lots of entertainment but best to rent a car. The property had lots of amenities like beach towels, chairs, toys, a cooler, and much more - this really helped us reduce what we travelled with. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware, small/large appliances. Enjoyed the open floor plan as well. A couple things that could be improved on: 1) the rooftop deck, albeit a nice feature, definitely needed work. One of the boards fell through when just walking over it - some of the boards had been replaced and a good amount were very clearly rotted so of course this brought forth some safety concerns; 2) there were quite a bit of mold spots on the rooftop and in the pool area that could have easily been cleaned up; and 3) super minor but annoying, the batteries in the living room TV remotes were dead, so we thought we’d grab some from the extra bedroom, and those batteries were also dead. Overall we enjoyed our stay despite these issues!

Family friendly & great location

This house is perfect for a family looking to relax in the pool & at the beach. Pool is a great size for kids. A few pool toys were an unexpected bonus! Beach chairs, cooler & a wagon at the house made it easy for us to get to the beach without a car.

Location, Location, Location!

This well appointed home is located within walking distance of Vanderbilt Beach in Naples. It’s only minutes away by car to many other fun things to do in Naples including: shopping, dining, and the Delmar Wiggins State Park. The home was comfy, clean, and well equipped. The pool area was one of our favorite spots. We had a maintenance issue while we were there and it was taken care of quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend this home to others.
