The space
The property was recently completed in early 2025, and is located 13 minutes from the Ark, and 50 minutes from the Creation Museum!

This is a unique set up, there is 1000 sq ft on the first floor and 1000 sq ft above. The lower level includes the gym, sauna, 2 bed rooms, full bath, bar and dart board. Also, a covered patio with firepit.

The floor above is one large great room. There is a massive kitchen fully stocked, dining room table for 8, and kitchen island bar for seating 6. There are also 2 Murphy beds that pull down from the wall that are in the common area near the couch and TV watching area. Just inside the family room is a 75" TV connected to a Sonos sound system with access to many streaming platforms. Great for movie night!

There is a nice Weber grill on the upper deck. Additionally, there is a full-size table with 8 chairs if you want to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view of the pastures.

Centrally located - only 8 minutes from DT Williamstown for restaurants a few shops and 15 minutes to Walmart. We are between Cincinnati and Lexington, each 1 hour away.

Our guests have access to the entire property.
There is parking for several cars, boat or camper. There is also a 50 amp plug for your camper or EV charging.

There is a public ramp for launching your boat, jet skis, or kayaks only 0.5 mi (2 min) down Summer Dr.

Other things to note
This property also has a very large garage attached, guests are not permitted to park in the garage unless agreed in advance. I may, in rare circumstances, need to access the garage for equipment/tools. I will notify you in advance if I need to access.

Guests are permitted to use the Pickle Ball court in the garage, but not to use or touch any of the tools or equipment in the garage. Security camera is used in the garage.
