-The apartment home is a split level, so you must go down or climb seven short stairs.

-Please be aware that you may hear some occasional footsteps noise from the apartment located above ours.

-Although our property is wonderfully located, it`s important to note that there may occasionally be some noise in the area. We want to ensure that all our guests stay comfortable, so we provide earplugs for light sleepers. However, rest assured that the noise is minimal, and many guests find it doesn`t affect their stay.

-Does not have a dining table.

As our guest, you`ll have access to the entire apartment during your stay. You`ll also have access to our amenities, such as a flat-screen TV, WiFi, Washer and Dryer, and anything you see in our vibrant apartment home. You`ll have full access to the entire apartment, two parking spaces, and exclusive access to a private 24/7 fitness studio.

Our home apartment, 926 Tennessee Street is located in Lawrence, Kansas, and is a great location for those who want to be close to both Allen Fieldhouse and downtown Lawrence. Allen Fieldhouse is the home of the Kansas Jayhawks men`s and women`s basketball teams and is only a 5-minute drive away. Downtown Lawrence has many shops, restaurants, and cultural venues and is just a 2-minute drive from the neighborhood. Additionally, the neighborhood is close to the University of Kansas, which offers a wide range of academic, athletic, and cultural opportunities for residents. Overall, 926 Tennessee Street is a prime location for those who want to be close to the action and enjoy all that Lawrence has to offer.
No Pets- We kindly request that you leave your pets at home so everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay.

No food/beverages in bed/furniture- To keep our space clean and inviting, we kindly ask that you refrain from having food or beverages in the bed or on the furniture.
