• This home is a top-floor, walk-up unit with 18 steps required in order to reach the main entrance

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available. A pass will be provided in the unit upon arrival. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.
