Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We’re sorry the cleanliness fell short, especially with the floors and sunroom. Having to purchase cleaning supplies during your vacation is certainly not what you should have experienced. We’re also concerned about the bathroom leak and understand why you stopped using that bathroom after it happened again. We’ll share your feedback and photos with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these issues can be properly investigated and addressed. We’re glad the spacious layout, kitchen, and community were positives during your stay, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

We appreciate your review! Looking forward to your next visit.

We're so grateful for your positive feedback! We'd be delighted to host you again.

Just a friendly reminder that if anything came up during your stay, we would have been more than happy to help if we had known. We always encourage our guests to reach out with any questions or concerns so we can take care of them right away. Our communication channels are open 24/7. We hope to host you again in the future.
