Our property is equipped with a smart TV available for use. Located just on the border of Santa Ana and Costa Mesa in the highly desirable area of South Coast Metro with world-class shopping and five-star dining.
Spacious guest rooms are found in the home with the following sleeping arrangements:

First Floor Bedroom 1: King size bed

Second Floor Bedroom 5: Queen size bed and pull-out trundle with two twin size beds
The backyard is equipped with a large pool, BBQ grill, and dining and lounge areas. The washer, dryer, and second refrigerator are located in the garage for your use.
★★★ Due to the large increase in natural gas costs in California, pool heating is offered at an additional charge of $100 per day, with a two days minimum. Guests just need to pay for the specific days needed. 24-hour advance notice is required as it will take at least 8 hours for the pool to heat up. Thank you!

4 parking spots: 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway. STREET PARKING REQUIRES PERMITS. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET TO AVOID RECEIVING A TICKET.
**We do not provide linens for the pack n play as babies might be sensitive to the detergent.
**Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds.
**To ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that all dog owners clean up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste properly using the bags and bins provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.
***Trash Day: Trash pick-up is on WEDNESDAY. Please kindly help us pull the trash to the curb on Tuesday evening.
***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone.
***Gardeners/Pool Maintenance may visit during your stay. They will respect your space and privacy and will not be bothering you.

***Please do not block the sidewalk to AVOID receiving a ticket!
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside and outside.
- Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
