Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad in der Hauptebene und vier weiteren Schlafzimmern in der oberen Ebene. Das Hauptschlafzimmer und das zweite Hauptschlafzimmer verfügen über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer sind thematisch für Kinder eingerichtet und teilen sich ein komplettes Badezimmer im Flur. Eines verfügt über ein Twin-Over-Full-Etagenbett mit einem Rollbett und das andere über zwei TwinSize-Betten. Der Wasch- / Trockenraum befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Flur dieser Ebene.

We all enjoyed the property and amenities. The few things that stand put for me is having laumsry pods, dishwasher pods, and trash bags for our stay, the pool area wirh table and loungers was amazing, the host was always very prompt wirh answers and addressing issues. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the cost to heat the pool.

The layout of this house is perfect for multiple families staying together. Lots of space for everyone. The space was clean. The ac having to be set no lower than 72 was not enough to keep the house cool even in November. The pool heater was broken and unable to be repaired during our stay which was unfortunate because the heated pool was a big reason we chose to book here and was a big letdown for the kids as it was way too cold to swim in being November. The clubhouse and main pool are very nice a little too far to walk with kids and swim stuff but not a lot of parking at the clubhouse. The drive to the parks is not too far but a lot of congestion on the single lane roads.

Spacious house

House is big and was great for our family. Neighborhood is very busy and parking is a challenge. Waterpark, pool, and clubhouse were amazing. Staff was wonderful at the clubhouse

Clean house in nice area

Our house was very tidy once we arrived. The appliances were clean and worked well. The clubhouse is a nice area. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Spacious House, kids loved it

Place was very comfortable, was as described, had to drive to pool, walk was 10 minutes, hard for little kids to walk that far. Carpet needs to be replaced, well worn and some stains upstairs. Some bed sheets should be replaced, appeared to be past their life span. Will come again.

First time

I was very nervous about renting a home for our vacation but I absolutely loved the home, the area, and the easy access to everything including the quick drive to Disney. There is a pool at the house but also a bigger one on the property that we all loved going to. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Florida.

Nice place to stay

Overall a nice place to stay. The location was great for us and didn’t take long to get to any of the locations we needed. Certain parts of the house could have been a little cleaner. The ice machine didn’t work on the refrigerator but wasn’t a huge impact. Could use some cookie baking pans and a grill brush to clean the grill.

First time Disney and Harry Potter family and friends

Loved the house, and location. The only set backs were, the AC did not keep up with the amount of space in the home. The outside furniture was tattered and torn. The kitchen chairs were pealing. The kitchen was not adequately stocked for large families. The dryer was not drying until you turned it on 3x’s, even with a small load.

Theres always room for growth. Great job.

Pros: -Check in was seemless and contactless. -Clean -private pools Cons: -Staff response time via email or text was very slow. -administration did not seem to care that a rodent inconvenienced us on our last day. I removed it from the pool for them. Dont think the little guy survived. - No complimentary dish soap or laundry detergent I know its not necessary but its a nice touch.

Warning to future guests company, unethical practices, and deposit scam

We stayed at this property last week and had a number of concerns, but the most alarming one came after checkout.First, before my arrival, I was told my VRBO payment was declined and was asked to send a photo of my credit card. That raised red flags. Shortly after, I noticed I had been double charged. When I questioned it, I was told this “always happens with VRBO,” as if it was just a normal issue—which it absolutely shouldn’t be.Once we arrived, we found only 8 towels for 13 guests. When I inquired about additional towels, I was told I needed to bring my own. Not ideal, but we made do. The stay itself wasn’t terrible, but certainly wasn’t great either. As we ended up without power for a couple of hours,The real issue came after checkout. I reached out to confirm that my refundable deposit would be released, and initially received a text saying the hold had been lifted. But shortly after, I got an email apologizing and informing me that they were not returning my deposit due to “property damage,” which allegedly included: • 6 stained towels • 5 stained hand towels • 1 stained twin bed sheet • A stained bath mat • Damaged tongs that were clearly melted and never seen in our home. In short, Warning: This property double-charged me, provided too few towels, and falsely withheld my deposit over “stained towels” and fake damage claims. Photos they sent didn’t match the items in the home. Found many similar complaints. Disputing the charge. Beware of this scam.

We take this review very seriously, and we must respond firmly to correct the false and misleading claims it contains. First and foremost, we are a family-owned business that operates with integrity, transparency, and professionalism. Accusations of being a “scam” are entirely false and defamatory. We go to great lengths to maintain high standards in our properties and our guest communication — and we document every step of the process to protect both our guests and our team. Regarding your claims: Towels: The home is always prepared for the maximum guest capacity, which in this case is 13 people — and as stated clearly in the rental agreement and pre-arrival communications, we provide the appropriate number of towels for that capacity. Your claim that only 8 towels were provided is false. Towels were placed in multiple closets throughout the home, and we have pre–check-in photos to prove this. It appears you simply failed to check all available storage before making that accusation. Security Deposit: Your deposit was withheld due to documented damage that included stained towels, hand towels, a twin sheet, a bath mat, and melted kitchen tongs. These were not light stains or wear — they were significant and rendered the items unusable. You were sent time-stamped photographic evidence of each item. To claim this was “fake damage” is simply untrue. Power Outage: The brief power loss you experienced was due to an area-wide utility issue completely beyond our control. It did not originate from the home. We are transparent, responsive, and thorough in everything we do. We are proud of the reputation we've built as a dedicated family-run business, and we take false accusations seriously. We stand by the facts and the documented evidence we provided to you directly.
