This brand-new 2025 single-family home offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and convenienceâperfect for families or multiple families vacationing together. Please note: this property should be booked by a guest over the age of 25.
The home features two levels, a private driveway with space for 2 cars, and plenty of street parking. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the spacious covered porch, complete with outdoor seating and ceiling fans.
Inside, the open-concept first floor includes a welcoming living room with a gas fireplace, a dining area, a breakfast bar, and a chefâs kitchen with quartz countertops, high-end appliances, and brand-new kitchenware. A half bath and a laundry room offer extra convenience.
Primary Suite: on the main floor includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and a private spa-like bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
Upstairs, youâll find two additional bedrooms with queen beds and two additional living areas with additional sleeping accommodations:
