There is a large private balcony that leads directly down to the waterfront and offers beautiful views of the canal, bay and sunset. The waterfront master bedroom features a king-sized bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and walk in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle bed. There is a second full bathroom with a shower, stacked washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi in the unit for your convenience. Community amenities include three outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts (tennis courts will be an additional fee). Northside Park, which has walking trails, playgrounds, ballfields, and fishing piers, several restaurants such as Green Turtle, Crabcake Factory, pizza shops, shopping, amusements, coffee shops, gas stations, grocery stores, ice cream parlors and THE BEACH are all only a short 10-minute walk away! For 7-night rentals, linens and bath towels are included in the price and as an added perk the main beds will already be made upon your arrival! Linen packages are available for rentals that are less than a full week for an additional fee. You also receive a discount for booking 7 or more nights!
