The property is excellent for large groups; it was well-suited for my family of 15. There are a few minor things that could be improved, but the value for money is very good.

This is a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained place to stay. It offers plenty of space, making it an excellent choice for large families. The community amenities are fantastic, including a lazy river and a separate kids’ pool. Everyone was very friendly, and our children absolutely loved their time here. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it to others.

for the two days we stayed it worked but only 2 out of the 5 bedrooms had TVs inwhich the remote controlls didn't work so if your travling with children like i was this may cause an issue. otherwise family and i enjoyed our stay.

Pool had dirt in it, pool area had grass and weeds about 2 foot tall. Two out of the 4 tvs did not work at all. (Even after purchasing batteries for them because they had none) The arcade game that is in the pictures is not there at all. Very disappointed in the overall experience.

Host was accommodating. The space was very nice great for large families. Could use some upgrades in furniture and fixtures. We were only there for two nights, so it worked for us.

This property was great. There was plenty of room for us. There were a couple issues we had with it. One of the tvs upsets didnt work along with some outlets in the bedrooms. The ice maker on the fridge had a lot of mildew. I also noticed on the 1st night of our stay that the downstairs bedrooms window was unlocked as well as the patio sliding door. I took care of that. Anyway, despite those issues, we still enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The house was nice, had ac issues on the first night would not go below 80 degrees contacted host who sent out ac guy who had to clean ac the next day and we had to leave for 2 hours due to the maintenance, Ac would struggle every afternoon would climb to 76 degrees until the sun went down. 2 TVs did not work other tv remotes had weak batteries, contacted host never got a response, had several fruit flies in the kitchen area, had a lot of weeds around the pool and the pool level was very low even though pool guy was there on the first day. Overall nice house just need better communication.

The place is very clean! Lots of room for big parties! The only complaints I have, the property needs a lot of touching up. Lots of scuffed marks, dressers missing handles, paint chipping on beds, beds moving and feeling like they are going to come apart. Felt like we had to be very still on some of the beds. They felt like they weren’t put together properly. Overall, the place is clean and you are getting what you are paying for. If it was being touched up more often would be a very great place.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing due to the condition of the property upon arrival. The home was not clean or sanitary, which is especially concerning given that a 200 cleaning fee was charged.We encountered roaches in the refrigerator and kitchen area, unclean surfaces throughout the home, used and dirty floor mats left in the washing machine, and rust/residue in multiple bathroom sinks. The downstairs storage area with cleaning supplies was also unsanitary, with visibly dirty equipment. Additionally, the pool and surrounding lounge area did not appear clean or safe for use.After reporting these issues, the response was inadequate. Items such as cockroach spray and loose napkins were left at the door without any proper inspection or effort to resolve the concerns.Overall, the property did not meet basic cleanliness or hospitality standards, and the experience was stressful and disappointing. I would strongly recommend that future guests carefully consider these factors before booking.

The property was clean but not maintained. The towel bars and tp holders were all falling off the walls. There were sharp nails sticking out of the stair treads. The blinds in the living room didn’t open. The worst item was the front door lock. We arrived back from a very late night a Universal and the knob would not open. We were stuck outside for 2 hours at 230 in the morning. The host finally responded to multiple requests and simply told us to re-enter the code. We finally got the door to unlock, and the host told us that people have had trouble with it in the past. If we were not the first to have trouble , maybe it should have been replaced or repaired. At least change the battery and possibly that would help. Again, the property was clean and large enough for all of us to sleep so it did serve the purpose. It fulfilled the minimum standards.

The house was very nice and clean on first review. But after our stay we found out that two televisions didn’t work and no batteries in the remote. And when you say the bare minimum you mean bare. I had to clean old air fresheners that seem to have been there for months, very dry. Other than that we had a ball, the property is nice.

Clean, but it looks like no one cares to fix anything in the house. Nails were sticking out of the steps, the pool deck looked like it hadn't been cleared of in quite a while, and the sink in the poolside bathroom wasn't even attached to the wall.i contacted the owner about two TVs that weren't working andi didn't even receive a response. The cleanliness was the only reason I have 2 starts. Glad it was clean, but I won't stay here again.
