Hi Margie, these homeowners work hard to provide a five-star experience for all guests, so they were disappointed by your feedback. They would like to share the following: - The pool remote was recommended by a local company as it is simple to use; guests just need to press the ON button for the spa or pool. We would have been happy to help had you let us know you were having trouble with it. - We ask renters not to park golf carts in the garage, as it can bring in sand if the golf cart was driven to the beach. - We have tested different beach chairs and found the plastic Adirondacks to be the best as they are lightweight, comfortable, and do not rust or break easily. We provide a large wagon as well, which makes it easy to bring them to the beach. - We apologize for any issues with the fans. We are installing six new fans in early June. - The pool gates are inspected by the city every two years, so we can assure you that they meet all regulations. - We are not aware of any uneven deck boards; we will inspect the deck and ensure nothing needs to be repaired. - The garage door opener was working before your arrival, but again, we would have been happy to help with that had we known. We are confident that future guests will continue to enjoy perfect stays here, and we encourage them to reach out should they need anything!
