The Space:

Welcome to Memorial Row! Your Colorado Springs retreat where classic charm meets modern comfort. This multi-level property is thoughtfully designed with cozy details, inviting décor, and a layout made for relaxation, this home offers the perfect balance of warmth and style.

The open-concept living area offers a comfortable space to relax with plush leather seating, a Smart TV, and large windows that fill the room with natural light. Just beyond, the dining area provides a warm place to gather for meals, games, or conversation, complete with a built-in shelf stocked with books and board games. It’s a welcoming space that encourages connection and feels like home the moment you arrive.

The fully stocked kitchen is designed for both style and convenience, featuring stainless steel appliances, modern gray cabinetry, and sleek open shelving. Guests can enjoy a complimentary coffee station with pods and a drip option, as well as a full spice rack and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before exploring or winding down with dinner, this space makes it easy to cook, gather, and enjoy.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees

Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:

Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.

Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.

Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.

Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
