This bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment has been beautifully renovated in the spring of 2023. Enjoy an abundance of natural light throughout, with large windows offering serene views of the wooded backyard. Perfect for a couple or couple and a child, this charming space combines modern updates with a tranquil yet central setting.

5 minute walk to Framingham State University would make it a perfect place for parents weekend or visiting families.

The space:
The apartment is conveniently located to Babson College and Wellesley College, both within 10 miles. Framingham State University is a 5 minute walk, the Framingham Metro West Hospital, companies like TJX, Mediteck, Math works are just a few minutes away. The Natick Mall and many other shops are just down the street (a 5 minute drive). We're also close to the Mass Pike and route 9, making trips to Boston or Worcester a breeze.

Guest access:
Guests have access to a parking spot in the driveway where they will access the in-law apartment through a separate door from the main house. The apartment has a keypad lock to allow guests a flexible check in time.

Other things to note:
The in-law apartment is sandwiched between a two bedroom long term rental on one side and our main home on the other side. There is a pocket door inside the in-law that connects to the main house, but will remain closed and locked during your stay. We likely won't be around during your stay, but can always be reached by phone or text.
