Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 full size beds and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer in home, key to closet is required. (No dryer at this time)

- Parking available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 covered and 1 uncovered.

- A gate remote is provided inside the condo for you to use throughout your stay.

- This home is equipped with an external Ring doorbell camera located at and actively monitoring at the front door.

- There is no longer a golf course at Mesquite Country Club. There are numerous other public and private courses in the area.

- Long-term stays allowed.

- Please note this unit does have a flight of stairs to access unit. Unit is on the second floor.

- HOA Complex does Not have a gym.



The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A 6-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.
