It overlooks the Caloosahatchee River and has quick access to US-41, I-75, MLK Jr Blvd, as well as Public Bus Transportation. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review and follow the rules below during your stay:

A valid photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport) is required after booking for guest verification.
No pets allowed – a $500 penalty fee will apply if violated.
Maximum of 4 guests to stay in the unit.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
No commercial photography or video production allowed.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit.
Self check-in is available via keypad entry after 3:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM sharp.

🧼 Before You Leave
We appreciate your help in keeping the space beautiful for future guests. Before check-out, please:

Gather used towels and place them on the bathroom floor
Throw away all trash in the designated trash compactors
Turn off all lights, appliances, and TVs
If you have any dirty dishes, please start the dishwasher before checkout
Place key fob on wall key holder (Key fob penalty fee $125 if not returned)
Ensure the entry door is fully closed and locked
