Willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies in Florida!

Kommen Sie und genießen Sie einige magische Tage in unserem Barra Villa Resort, das für seine anspruchsvolle und verspielte Atmosphäre bekannt ist. Das Resort besteht aus insgesamt 8 hübschen Apartments und Studios mit einem zentralen, großen Poolbereich und Hinterhöfen, die die Möglichkeit bieten, sich zu entspannen, Leute zu treffen und einen Grillabend zu organisieren (Gas nicht inbegriffen).

Glück, dass wir dieses nette Haus gefunden und gekauft haben!

Das Haus II besteht aus 3 Einheiten: dem "Apartment Pelican", dem "Apartment Flamingo" und dem "Studio Turtle".

Jede Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang sowie ein eigenes Bad, Küche und Wohn- / Schlafbereich. Auf Wunsch können wir das Apartment Flamingo und die Studio Turtle zu einem großen Apartment verbinden, das Platz für bis zu 5 Erwachsene bietet.

Der gemeinsame Außenbereich bietet einen Gasgrill und viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Wenn Sie uns frühzeitig informieren, ist es auch möglich, die gesamte Villa Barra II oder das gesamte Resort zu mieten.

gemütliches 2-BR-Apartment - Bad von zwei Seiten zugänglich - mit Safe ausgestattet!

Aufgrund der zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit einem Queen-Size-Bett, werden sich Familien mit Kindern sofort in unserem Apartment Pelican wie zu Hause fühlen. Eines der Schlafzimmer bietet ausreichend Platz für ein Babybett und bietet außerdem Zugang zum Badezimmer.
Sie finden die zweite Tür mit Zugang zum Badezimmer in der gut ausgestatteten Küche. Von der Küche aus erreichen Sie die Holzterrasse sowie den Garten mit Gasgrill und vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Der Pool liegt zwischen den 2 Gebäuden hinter dem weißen Holzzaun.
Das Fenster Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, ein WC und ein Waschbecken. Wir sorgen dafür, dass ausreichend Handtücher für Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Haus zur Verfügung stehen.

Working stay

We were working (cleaning up storm damaged property on sanibel), not on vacation, but place was great. Very close to downtown, restaurants, etc. Nice neighborhood and within walking distance to Publix. Was perfect for us and would definitely stay there again.

Great communication

The hosts of this lovely property provided clear information in a timely manner, and were available for any questions or problems. The location is excellent for walking to a great eating area downtown, and is close to the Edison/Ford estate as well. There's a nice pool for cooling off in the Florida sun!

Pelican is a Charming cozy cottage

Great location just off McGregor!. Close proximity to downtown. Home is comfortable, clean, quiet, and budget friendly. No frills or extras. There is bedding and towels are provided, but sheets were slippery (not cotton). Ample off street parking in a quiet neighborhood. If you are in sunny Fla and want tv. There is only over the air channel reception. Charity the property manager is very helpful if you have any questions or requests.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pelican Apartment at Villa Barra. The apartment was extremely clean and very well supplied with everything we needed. The pool was warm and inviting, and the location was perfect—we enjoyed a pleasant 10–15 minute walk to the River District each evening for dinner. Each morning we made coffee using the provided coffee maker and relaxed before starting the day. The central air kept the apartment very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the key lockbox system, which made it easy when we went our separate ways during the day. Marlene’s communication was excellent from start to finish. Overall it was a fantastic vacation and a great place to stay—we will definitely be back!

Nice place in a good location.

This property is located in a nice and quiet location. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend additional seating in the living room area. We had three adults and one couch was not enough to be comfortable.

A little more detail about the actual reasons for a 1-star rating would have been helpful for us as well as for future guests. Honestly, however, we wonder - especially when we look at the other reviews of the apartment and under the aspect that the house was completely renovated only in 2017 - whether the written review was perhaps intended for another accommodation?

Great Get Away Weekend

My sister and I just needed to get away and relax. Mission accomplished! The neighborhood is very quiet and the cottage is very cozy. We also enjoyed exploring the area. We visited Sanibel, Ft. Myers Beach and Marco Island. We loved seeing all the different beaches. I would definitely visit again.

Slow starter

Arrival was a downer as we had driven 12+hours and lacked the access code. Marcu s got us in but someone had accessed the unit and used it Saturday evening. Another call and the issue was resolved. We enjoyed the facilities,pool downtown closeness and all the great guests and quiet surroundings.

The required code was sent more than 2 weeks before arrival. As well as a reminder email 1 week before arrival. It would be desirable if guests would not have to wait until the day of arrival to think about how to get access to the apartment. It is also a fact that no one has "accessed and used" the apartment, but rather that the apartment had simply not been cleaned due to a communication error after the last guest left, which our staff on-site did - as correctly written - immediately and without delay after the guests called.

Nice little Appartments but disspointet over they way the use of grill is planed by the owner. You must bring your own gas, that’s not good. Roof on patio is not tight meaning everything left out there is getting wet when it rains

Thank you for your feedback. The fact that our guests are independently responsible for filling the gas bottle (of course only if necessary) is to be read among other things in the advertisement. The simple reason is that it is hardly logistically possible for our property management and cleaning staff to ensure that gas is always available in the gas bottles. Meanwhile, more than 20 apartments and houses would have to be supplied with gas cylinders and we can hardly expect our staff to have this amount of gas bottles with them at all times.
