Enjoy the back porch and fire pit for hanging out. Beach time is a breeze with a quick stroll down to Public Beach Access 95.

Bedrooms include two king beds and one queen bed. Located on the magnificent west end of PCB, Crystal Tides is just minutes from Hwy 30A to the west and Pier Park to the East. Parking is available for for two vehicles. Monthly winter rates available upon request.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL Florida Panhandle Property Management furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has starter amenities shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. Luxury bed linens and towels are provided, as well as beach towels for your convenience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY
*This unit sleeps up to 8 people.
*NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed inside.
*Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund.

Quiet time hours & disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM. Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times.

Pet Friendly - up to 2 dogs allowed. Non-refundable pet fee per pet applies.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service may be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.
