- Respect quiet hours and neighbours
- Any rule violation may result in a $25 processing fee in addition to cleaning/damage charges

- Pet fees are structured as follows: for stays of 0-5 days, a fee of $25 per day per pet; for stays of 5-29 days, a fee of $100 per week per pet; for stays of 30 days or more, a fee of $300 per month per pet.
