Our fully-furnished apartments are perfect for short-term getaways, monthly visits, or extended stays, featuring full kitchens, fast WiFi, and in-unit laundry. All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
