Loch des Links-Golfplatzes mit Blick auf den Adobe-Golfplatz. Sie können leicht zu Fuß (weniger als 10 Stufen) über die Straße zum Adobe Golf Club House und Restaurant gehen. Das luxuriöse Arizona Biltmore Resort ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang (ca. 50 Stufen) entfernt und bietet gehobene Restaurants und Geschäfte. "The Palacio" in Biltmore Estates am Arizona Biltmore Circle ist drei Häuser entfernt. What a wonderful place to stay—perfect for two adults. Restaurants, the Biltmore, walking paths are close at hand, and the on-site host is helpful but not intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay and will definitely rent this place again.

Biltmore Stay

We had an amazing time staying at the Guest house. We hiked several days, golfed and attended business meetings at the Biltmore. Amazing location, walkable to the canal trails, resort and short drive to everything else. The greatest part of the stay is the house and the host. The host is beyond word outstanding. We will be back!

A Second Visit

This is our second stay at this location and once again it fulfilled all of our expectations. The area is full of things to do, the accomodations are great for two adults, and the host is very helpful. We will be back next year.

Great property in a great location.

The property was perfect for a couple. It was really nice walking 100 yards to golf. Very nice access to a long walking trail. Super easy to walk to the Biltmore Resort. Good restaurants close. Property manager was delightful.

Oasis in the heart of The Biltmore

We needed temporary place to stay between the closing of our homes. What a wonderful location, a nicely kept unit, and a wonderful experience. Could not be more convenient, the owners are wonderful, and we would highly recommend for an older single or couple.

Very nice area and home

Worked out very well for the two of us. It would only work for a couple as it is relatively small, but very nice quarters. Joanne was very good host, checking in several times during our stay to make sure we had bosses or needs.

You left the Guest House so clean there was hardly anything for the cleaners to do! With the pandemic you managed seeing family and grandchildren with such great care for everyone's safety. Biltmore stay

It was a wonderful choice for us. It was absolutely spotless and perfectly situated in the middle of a lot of activity. Hopefully we will be able to return again next year at the same time. Friendly host added to our fun.

For a single or couple this is a very comfortable efficiency suite. And, the ideal location, location, location! Owner is also the host which i prefer and she is most hospitable.

Convenient and comfortable

Wonderful and private studio apartment in the most amazing location. All communications were prompt and helpful. I hope to come back again.

Great efficiency apartment in the perfect location to enjoy the canal, The Biltmore, and the Wrigley Mansion. Convenient to shopping and restaurants too. Joanne was a great host. Thanks for sharing this special property with us.
