Wohnung komplett renoviert Dezember 2018 w / brandneue Beautyrest Hospitality Matratzen, neue Bettwäsche / Handtücher / Teppiche / Geräte etc ... Gehen Sie zu 30 Restaurants und Bars im Restaurant Row und darüber hinaus. Kostenloser Kaffee, Tee und manchmal etwas Gutes!

Das Claremont Nr. 1 verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Queensize-Bett) und ein Vollbad. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kochgeschirr, Geschirr, Gläsern, Essgeschirr, Kochgeschirr, Korkenzieher und vielem mehr. Wir haben eine Münzwäscherei vor Ort, die Sie gemeinsam mit anderen Bewohnern nutzen können. Und Sie haben (mit einer anderen Residenz) einen Innenhof mit Grill und Terrasse mitbenutzt.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet, nur neun Türen vom nördlichen Rand der Restaurant Row in der 7th Street entfernt. Dieser Abschnitt der 7th Street hat in den letzten fünf Jahren eine Explosion neuer trendiger und weniger trendiger Restaurants und Bars erlebt, die alle zu Fuß oder nach einer kurzen Uberfahrt vom Claremont aus zu erreichen sind. Phoenix ist nicht als vertikale Stadt bekannt, sondern als weitläufige Stadt, die unsere Gegend mit so vielen Restaurants auf so kleinem Raum zu etwas Einzigartigem macht.

Wir sind neu im Hosting-Geschäft, aber seit dem Start Ende Dezember 2018 mit anderen kurzfristigen Mietplattformen waren wir zu fast 100% ausgelastet und hatten alle Fünf-Sterne-Bewertungen. Wir möchten es so lassen und sind sehr bemüht, die Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste vorherzusehen und ihnen ein großartiges Erlebnis zu bieten. Wir hoffen, Sie erlauben uns, dasselbe für Sie zu tun!

The mid-century modern was a great get away in Phoenix. Check in was easy and the videos on parking spot on. The place was clean and felt comfortable while staying there. Host was responsive to questions. In a great location and was easy for us to get to family in the area and any activities we wanted to do while we were in Phoenix.

Great Stay in a Awesome Mid-Century!

Even though it was for just one night, the booking, communication and quality of the property couldn't have been ANY better. Location was fantastic, close to restaurants and bars. Beyond clean when we arrived, quiet neighborhood and some of the best arrival instructions I've ever had. Highly recommend!!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at The Claremont! To start, the property feels so homey - from the courtyard, to the midcentury design style, the mural, etc. - and is also impeccably clean. Will’s detailed instructions, including the house manual, messages leading up to check in, and the video for where to park were super helpful, as we arrived late at night. He has thought of everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We really appreciated the free laundry room access and availability of eco-friendly detergent pods, and the state of the art AC (as we our stay fell during a mid-July heat advisory). Will was super communicative and quick to reply to any questions. While we did not get a chance to meet him in person during our brief stay, you can tell how much he truly loves and cares about this property and the surrounding local community! We found so much to do within a 10-15 minute radius, and there are so many walkable restaurant options :) Highly highly recommend The Claremont and cannot wait to stay again on a future trip to PHX!

Family Reunion

We spent our last two nights in Arizona here. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and a great coffee shop each morning. The house was clean, quiet, and easy to get to. I enjoyed sitting in the outside area in the mornings and evenings. Easy drive to the airport if you need that. Communication with the owner was very good. Very easy check in and check out!

The apartment was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for our fall vacation in Phoenix. Centrally located and easy to find. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Absolutely exceptional

You cannot imagine how wonderful this rental is! It’s just as described and the owner is super easy to get ahold of. It has everything you need for an extended stay and the beds are very comfortable. This is easily the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Convenient location near shopping.

Highly Recommend!

Renting this property was seamless from start to finish. The property owner, Will, gave very clear instructions for check-in and provided lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. His communication skills are top-notch and he responded to questions quickly. The beds were comfortable, linens were soft, towels were nice and big, and although we didn't cook much there it appeared the kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need. There is just one bathroom, but it was more than adequate for just the two of us. The location was great for us and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Safeway was close by too. I highly recommend Will's place; you won't be disappointed! Oh, and the manual he provided was a must read - Will has quite the sense of humor! :)

I'm a well traveled Phoenix native who has been in the long term hosting business for over thirty years but just recently entered the short term segment of the business. Over the last twenty years I have been slowly but consistently transforming this 1960 Mid-Century jewel into, may I say, a truly remarkable property. Yes, I have many more improvements ahead which will take time to achieve. Most recently I have updated the heating and cooling system to modern, earth friendlier models, installed natural gas and am currently fighting the local utility company so that we can install a solar powering system that should replace almost all, if not all, of the carbon based electricity usage here. Not easy to accomplish but certainly a work of passion. My "real job(s)"? I own a residential real estate business and I'm a father to a magnificent seven year old boy!!!
