Sleeping Arrangements
Comfortable for 4 adults or families with kids (up to 7 guests):

• Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, TV
• Twin Room: Two twins + trundle (sleeps 3), TV — ideal for kids
Two full bathrooms provide space and privacy for everyone.

### Guest Access

Guests have full and private access to the entire house. Your stay includes:
* A private entrance and self-check-in.
* The entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas.
* An intimate 2-person hot tub with lights and jets, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
* An expansive deck with a BBQ grill and propane fire pit.

Nestled in the heart of the High Country, our chalet is your basecamp for exploration. You are just a short drive from the region's best attractions:

* **Beech Mountain Resort:** 2 minutes (mountain biking, hiking, chair lift rides)

* **Boone:** 25 minutes (college-town charm, shopping, dining)

### Getting Around

Parking is available for up to 3 small-to-mid-sized vehicles in the driveway.

**Important:** All-wheel drive (AWD) or 4-wheel drive (4WD) is required for mountain access from November through March. This is for your safety.

### House Rules

To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:

* Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $50 per dog. Dogs must be crated when left unattended.
* Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the property. A $1000 fine will be assessed if there is evidence of smoking or unapproved pets.
* Check-out is promptly at the agreed-upon time. A late check-out fee of $120 per hour may be charged unless previously arranged.
* Guests are subject to immediate removal without a refund if these rules are violated.

### Important Information

* **Safety:** The property has high decks, a fireplace, a fire pit, and a hot tub. Use of these amenities is at your own risk.
* **Security:** For your safety, there is one security doorbell camera located at the front entrance.
* **Rental Agreement:** By booking, you agree to be responsible for yourself and all guests or invitees. You agree to surrender the property in good condition at check-out.
