Discover a beautiful example of modern architecture in this award-winning 2-bedroom home that combines elegance with functionality. This home, ideal for families, provides a peaceful and private setting amidst the Central Oregon scenery, while being conveniently close to Sunriver's amenities.

Featuring an innovative timber frame design, clean lines, and an open floor plan, this residence maintains a strong connection to the natural surroundings.

Every detail has been carefully selected, from high-quality finishes to sustainable materials that enhance both style and energy efficiency.

The chef’s kitchen serves as the heart of the home, outfitted with premium appliances, custom cabinetry, and a seamless flow into the expansive living area, where wood-planked ceilings and numerous windows create a bright and airy environment.

The spacious primary suite offers a tranquil retreat with a private bathroom and king bed, while the second bedroom featuring a queen bed is bright and welcoming, boasting large windows with stunning views of the Three Rivers Landscape. The guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and a custom vanity. The third floor loft offers a second family room with television, games, books and two additional queen beds for larger families and groups.

Outside, the patio offers an ideal space for entertaining or unwinding, featuring an outdoor TV, hot tub, and gas fireplace for a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Each floor includes mini split A/C units to ensure year-round comfort.

Families with children can enjoy two separate living areas, both with televisions, as well as a kids play nook with toys, books and games on the 3rd floor. The home is stocked with a high chair, booster seat for the kitchen table, pack and play, a stool for bathroom sinks, and 2 baby gate(s).

Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy nearby activities such as downhill and Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding, all within about 20 minutes. During warmer seasons, opportunities for floating the Deschutes River, biking, hiking, fishing, or golfing at one of Central Oregon’s premier courses are readily available.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at this beautiful property. The house is architecturally striking, both inside and out. It's also spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, plus an upstairs loft where a couple of children could easily stay. The kitchen is nicely stocked, so "home cooking" is possible. The hot tub and outdoor seating area--complete with outdoor TV!--is an additional bonus.We liked the location of this home, slightly south of Bend, within fairly easy striking distance of Crater Lake and convenient to the Newberry Volcano and Cascade Lakes Scenic Drive.Check-in and communication with management were easy and pleasant.We would happily stay here again.

Beautiful 3 Story Unique Home

My family of four enjoyed our stay in this uniquely designed 3 story home. The kids had the 3rd floor for themselves and loved it. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you possibly would need. The AC mini splits keep each floor and space very comfortable. The windows were amazing. The property was well cared for and clean. I would recommend this bnb to my friends and family.

Great family stay near sun river

We love this place! This is our second time staying here with our two kiddos. Great home base to have fun in bend, mountain bike, etc. kids have the upstairs to themselves and everyone has their own space. Very cool architecture.

Two week stay

Stayed for two weeks. It is worth mentioning that there is a house being built right next door to the property, so there was heavy equipment being operated as early as 7am. Accordingly, some of the pictures depicting the outside of the property are no longer completely accurate because many of the trees have been cut down. That said, it is by far one of the cleanest properties we stayed at in our travels. It is a beautiful house and a great house for a family because the kids can have their own area on the top floor. The house was well stocked.

Sunriver winter stay

This property was one of my best Sunriver experience yet. We will be reserving this property again in the future. Quite and private yet still close to town. Clean and well stocked home missing nothing. A hot tub is the only thing we missed after a day of playing on Mt Batchler, nothing a hot shower couldn't fix.

Really lovely

Spent a perfect couple of days over the winter break here with my family of 4. The house is laid out so nicely, there were comfortable places for everyone to sleep, fun places to play, and lots of cozy places to hang out all together. Just isolated enough to feel private, while still being close enough to Sunriver and Bend to be able to get necessities and have some fun. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with two of our young adults, its a great layout, very open and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the heated floors downstairs. Not quite as close to the paths for cycling/walking as we hoped but we had a great stay.

Holiday Weekend

It was a beautiful property nestled outside of Bend. The home was very clean, new, and fresh. It was smoky while visiting the area, so we spent a lot of time in the house. It provided rest and was a great spot to hangout for a few days. We cooked many meals and the kitchen was furnished well. I would recommend this property for all and will plan on visiting again.

Awesome base camp for family with kiddos!

We loved this home. It’s brand new and gorgeous on the inside, well-appointed with many separate spaces for relaxing, reading, tv watching, and hanging out. It was plenty of space for our family of 4, but would easily accommodate another small family or more kiddos. It was out of the city, so gave us peace and quiet that we were looking for, with plenty of sunny, wooded views. Was still very close to bend and a lot of outdoor activities, so location was great for us. Overall, exactly what we were looking for and would stay here again!

Great house for a family

My family and I (8yo and 12yo and husband) stayed here for about a week. The house is gorgeous. All the windows let in tons of sun and the house has lots of space. The upstairs loft area was perfect for our kids. They each had their own queen sized bed and there was a tv are just for them and a little play corner where my 8 year old lived for a good portion of the trip. :) The kitchen had all the gadgets and made cooking easy. The only thing I didn’t realize (and this is my fault - not a reflection on the house) is that there is no easy way to get to the bike paths at the Sunriver resort. You have to ride on a main road so we were not able to go on family bike rides without driving to the resort. I am only adding this to my review so others know what to expect. Management was so helpful and quickly answered all our texts. We had a fabulous time here.
