Natural wood tones, soft beiges, and warm ambient light create a soothing Zen atmosphere that feels timeless and grounding.



By day, the space is an airy living room — with furnishings that encourage relaxation, reading, or journaling. By night, the modern Murphy bed system unfolds into a cozy retreat, making the suite both functional and stylish. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a counter dining table, lets you enjoy meals at home while still surrounded by thoughtful, artisan details.



Every element of River has been curated to encourage mindfulness and calm — from its serene design to its quiet confidence. Whether you’re here to reflect, create, or simply rest, River is your private sanctuary in the heart of Louisville’s vibrant NULU neighborhood. Step outside and the city’s energy awaits; step inside and you’ll find the perfect balance of practicality and tranquility.



Guest Access:

The apartment features a smart lock keypad for seamless self check-in. Each guest receives a unique access code, active only for the duration of their stay to ensure both security and peace of mind. Your code will be sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.

You’ll be staying in NULU, Louisville’s trendiest neighborhood known for its creativity, flavor, and charm. The area is packed with one-of-a-kind shops, street art, cozy cafes, and some of the city’s best restaurants. It’s the kind of place where you can sip craft coffee in the morning, explore galleries in the afternoon, and end your day with cocktails or live music—all just steps from your front door.

Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.
