Overall we liked the accommodations very much. Great location with access to the boardwalk and beach. We would have appreciated better lighting and some kitchen towels, garbage bags, dish soap etc. Also we did not know we would be in a hotel.

Our host was attentive, helpful and quickly replied to our messages. Our 10th floor condo had great balcony views of the ocean, sunrise and sunset. Our resort type setting had 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, a spa and the beach. The coffee shop had good pastries, breakfast sandwiches, salads etc. We loved the Mid Beach location, it’s close to everywhere we wanted to explore in Miami Beach and Miami. It worked well for us with 6 adults and a teenager.

The listing was advertised as a Luxury Condo, but that’s definitely NOT what we got. First, the lobby was being renovated and was completely closed off. We were never advised that the lobby would be under construction and inaccessible for the dates we would be there. Consequently, we had to use a very dirty side entrance (I think it was a maintenance entrance) and then walk around to and from the front every time we went in and out of the hotel. The hallway and elevator lobby on our floor was disgusting. It had nicks and scoffs on the walls and all the doors, plus the decor was very dated and not very clean- not sure when was the last time they vacuumed or how frequently. Although our unit was clean and did comfortably accommodate our six occupants, it still had issues. There aren’t any towel racks in either bathroom, so I’m not sure what they expected us to do with our towels. Plus, there weren’t any toilet paper holders in either bathroom - that’s quite inconvenient. Additionally, the kick plate at the bottom of the stove/oven unit was missing, so the bottom of that unit was completely exposed. Also, the freezer was dripping water into the refrigerator, which ruined some of our food. To be fair, we must admit that the amenities on the mezzanine level (pools, outdoor bar, and snack bar) were nice, but that was really the only positive. We are sorry to be so negative, but we hope changes will be made for future customers.

First, our host, Alon, was very responsive when I had questions/concerns and was helpful and accommodating!! 1. Place sleeps 8 but did not come with 8 cutlery and bowls, etc. 2. When we asked for new towels, the front desk only gave us 2 for our party of 8. The next time we asked for towels, they did give is more but I had to complain about getting only 2 last time. 3. The place is smaller than it looks. One of the rooms was small where we could not put our suitcases or bags in the room and hardly any walking room. I think this room would be better if there was a bunk bed instead to create more room for suitcase and walking space. 4. The balcony view was great! It would be better if there was a small table to place our drinks on. 5. There was no paper towel in the kitchen when we got there. We contacted host and went downstairs to get some. 6. Elevators are small and slow. 7. Easy Access to beach was great! 8. Kitchen area is very small9. Should have mirrors in all rooms so we can get ready. There was only one full length mirror in the master room. No other mirrors in unit except the 2 bathrooms over sink area.
