The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite master bath. The second bedroom with king bed has a full bath. The third bedroom has a queen and the fourth bedroom have two twin bunk beds and share a full bath. Living room has a huge sectional sleeper sofa giving the home a sleeping capacity of 12 people. Pets are allowed up to 60 pounds, one pet fee is $175 and two pets are $300, maximum of two dogs. You can heat the pool in the spring and fall for $200 per week. Hot tub heat is included for free.

Forest Beach has miles of beautiful white sandy beaches just a short ten minute walk away. You can enjoy the bike paths and go to Coligny Beach Park or the Coligny shops and restaurants. There is the Holiday Inn Tiki Hut, the Big Bamboo restaurant and bar, the Plantation Deli for a great breakfast or the Sage Room for fine dining. The Town of Hilton Head park has a large grass area to picnic or play frisbee and a huge Pirate Ship Playground you can enjoy for free. You can easily drive into Sea Pines Resort and go see Harbourtown Lighthouse, Salty Dog Cafe or the Quarterdeck waterfront restaurant.
