Construction Notice: Please note that the garage is currently being converted into an additional unit. Construction may take place Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. There may be intermittent construction noise during these hours, and only street parking is available at this time. Pricing has been adjusted to reflect this.

Please also note, there is a converted garage unit on-site with a single long-term tenant. There are no shared spaces between the home and the secondary unit, and the entrances are separate.

The backyard opens directly to the canyon and is not fully fenced on that side, so please keep a close eye on children and pets while outside.
