It’s also great to know that communication with our team made things smooth throughout your stay. We appreciate you pointing out the minor items like the microwave light and basement fireplace—we’ve already passed those along to our maintenance team for follow-up. Suggestions like adding a TV above the fireplace and upgrading the downstairs king bed are very helpful, and we’ll certainly keep them in mind as we continue improving the guest experience. We're glad the kitchen had everything you needed and that the hot tub was a hit—it's one of our favorite features too! We’re truly sorry this guest didn’t have the experience they expected. This is one of our premier homes, and we take both privacy and guest satisfaction very seriously. The presence of a contractor was a miscommunication between the homeowner and our team, and it was addressed immediately once we were notified. The contractor was scheduled to leave before guest arrival and did not enter the home at any time. We also responded promptly to concerns and offered compensation, despite the situation being out of our control. Cleanliness issues, while rare, are never acceptable—we’ve since addressed this with our cleaning crew to ensure it doesn’t happen again. This property continues to be a favorite among guests for its design, views, and setting. We’re committed to clear communication, guest comfort, and keeping our standards high.
